Dissapointment all around. My first time trying Chick-fil-A and I won't be going back the food was ugh and very expensive. The only good thing was the customer service was fast.

This particular Chik fil A l gives out ducks for jeeps/vehicles who display them. When arriving there was no smile or customer service that is to the standard of a Chik fil A.furthermore, when asked for a duck for my little brother, the manage pointed to the duck I'm displaying(hence how I knew about them) and rejected my brother on the grounds I could be lying I'm assuming(with my brother present, passenger side.) The manager isn't one I typically see there and doesn't hold the value I typically expect at a Chik fil A.

I usually have no issues. but this time there is a clear app glitch. and the employees act like there’s absolutely nothing wrong. just poor customer service when the issue is on the chick fil a app. refused to send an immediate replacement coupon to my app so i could order food for delivery. instead trying to force me to waste time and gas for something that is not my fault.

Never again. I will start by saying that the staff was wonderful and the food was hot and fresh, hence the 3 stars. You can't experience all of that, though, as you can't even get into the restaurant. This location needs to close it's dining room and be drive-through only. We are staying in Shreveport because my son is a patient at Shriners. He is currently using a wheelchair. The way the drive through lines are directed, handicap parking is completely blocked off and unusable. If we could get in, we would be blocked getting out. We parked with an empty space beside us, which of course was no longer empty when we left. Getting him in and out of the car was a nightmare, then trying to leave amid the chaotic drive-thru line after we got him in was terrible as well. Chic-fil-a stores all over the country can figure out how to accommodate dine -in and drive-thru customers. I don't know why this one can't but we won't be back. It's not worth the hassle.
Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: It is one of the best fast food places to eat lower carb, they also have gluten free buns available.
I don't know anyone who doesn't love Chick-fil-A. Then again Chick-fil-A has something for everyone. The kind service makes the food even better and brings people back for more. I look forward to going to Chick-fil-A every chance I get and hopefully everyone else too.
