“I'm from Alabama. I saw this restaurant on an episode of Restaurant Impossible and the family story really touched my heart. I just had to visit Eddie's Restaurant when my husband and I passed through Shreveport and they did not disappoint! I told them why I was there and they were so appreciative. We were treated like royalty! And the food was simply delicious! We brought family and friends with us and they all had rave reviews of the food and service. I could just feel the love of God in this family as they were so warm and friendly. I have been spreading the word and sending links to my family and friends!“

“I’ve eaten there several times. The sandwiches have been very good and the chicken wings are excellent. The staff to a person is great. They greet you immediately, your order is handled and ready quickly, and each of them are genuinely glad that you are there. This is a real fast food gem!“

“Why would I recommend anyone here. Me and my family ordered 3 orders of wings and fries.Talked to the owner who just so happened to wait on us at the window. Was told several things pretaining too his business. Got home the wings all three orders was so salty. So salty we couldn't eat it. Had so much salt on it . I put it in the trash. Called the place of business was told by the owner Carl I think was his name . Oh when u r ready just come back I will replace the oders for u. He said anytime. I agreed. Call back when I was ready to get my wings replaced. Was told too let me call the owner. Next he is own his way and he will give u a call. Never got that call. Still waiting. Everyone can't eat all that salt on their food. Was even told by the owner I keep telling my workers they can't put all that salt on the food. A lesson learned alway get your food replaced right then. Bad business. Customers r the ones who bring in the money too help keep the business going. UNREAL. I work for my money . Can't just give it away.“

The wings were great 😃👍🏾 Well seasoned and cook just right. The fish was well seasoned and cooked good as well along with the fries. The Mac n cheese needed work. Creamy but no flavor. I'd go back but I want to try almost everything to see if this would save me a trip far out for good quality food 😉👉🏾“

“Stopped by for lunch. The restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean, the employees were friendly, & the food was delivered faster than expected. Chicken was juicy & the crinkle fries were thick. The wings usually come with the lemon pepper on them but we requested the seasoning seperate as we prefer a dry rub seasoning vs buttered sauces. Everything was great, would definitely visit again.“
