To go takes forever and your food comes out cold. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

It took almost an hour for the food to come. We had to check the order twice because items were still missing. When we received the food it definitely was not hot. They need to get a better system in place to ensure the Chili's quality that I am accustomed to. This was very disappointing.

I was on a business trip and decided to stop at this location to dine. First service here was mediocre, and the steak was tuff. I odered a medium well steak with shrimp, broc, and loaded mash. When the server brought my food I noticed that they had left off my loaded mash, so before I could ask where it was my server went on to another table and it took ten minutes before she return by then everything on my plate had gotten cold. The server apologized for not bringing out my loaded mash stating that.the kitchen didnt tell her they were out. The only good part of the meal was the brocolli...smh. I will never eat here again.

ALL OVER EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE. we walked to the hostess booth and she obliged us to have a seat in a booth and we waited 30 mins while workers continually walked pass up and didn’t take our order

After browsing the menu on the mobile app, I decided to place my order online to skip the usual waiting at Chilis. Arriving at the restaurant just as the estimated pickup time approached, I hoped to quickly grab my food and continue with my day. However, as I approached the to-go register, I was met with an unexpectedly long line of customers already waiting for their orders. Minutes ticked by slowly as I watched the clock, feeling my anticipation turn to frustration.
Finally, when my order was handed to me, I hurriedly exited the restaurant, only to feel let down when I unwrapped my food. To my dismay, the contents were not only cold but also unappetizingly damp, as if they had been sitting around for far too long. The disappointment washed over me, but I couldn’t say I was surprised; this was far from my first unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant.
In fact, I'd sworn off dining there several years ago due to similar mishaps, thinking perhaps that things might have improved over time. Clearly, I was mistaken. This visit confirmed for me that not much has changed, and my previous resolution to stop patronizing Chilis would need to be reinstated.

Food has always been good, but please get some new employees or better managers. This was the second time I've picked up food, and had the person behind the counter just sling my food at me, like "here, take it and leave"- At least there was actually someone at the counter this time....most of the time you have to stand there while they're playing around in the kitchen and your food is sitting behind the counter getting cold. For as empty as that parking lot is 99% of the time, that is certainly not helping.

We walked in, It was not that busy sat down pretty quickly but then Waited more then 10 min for our waiter to get our drink order and silverware. After waiting 10+ minutes and this was still not accomplished we got up and left. Also seeing waiters at the kitchen door and next to the bar just talking was unacceptable considering we sat in front of the bar and kitchen.

Made a short trip to Shreveport this week. Usually like to go to local flavor. Saw chillies and sounded good. Had the new burger (the old smasher) It was great with the loaded fries. Best of all the service was outstanding. The waitresses kept coming by checking on us. I’ll probably never cross paths with Shreveport again. But if I do I’ll be back.

Got a table without a wait. The appetizer came quickly. The kitchen manager, Michelle, checked on us personally to make sure we were enjoying our dinner. The server never missed a beat! 10/10 for food, price, and service.
The food was good nice service people were nice and i had the best time ever my first time coming to chills . i need to come back agin. And the strawberry lemonade was good too.😄

Some Doordashers can be very Unprofessional u literally told me in my face that u was going to get the item that was left off my order but then u said I can't go get it because I have other orders sometimes I really hate doordash people
