We didn't eat. When we arrived the hostess mumbled something at us that I could not understand. I tried to get her to repeat and threw the menus on counter and walked away. Another waitress was standing there and said Veteran or regular menu, it didn't register with me that it was Veterans Day, so I still didn't understand the question, so I said, can we have both? She then just walked away. So we left abs went somewhere else. Had they not been so rude, they could have explained that they had a special menu available for Vets and we would have known how to respond. Lonestar accommodated us and allowed my husband, a Marine, Veterans Day benefits.

Seated us took 30 minutes to even get to us only came over because we were getting our stuff and getting up . The lady that noticed wasn't even in that section , we personally tipped her as the waitress from that section wasn't pleasant and forgot half of our food, we are not going back for a long time mow.

The To Go service was fast, the staff were friendly, and the food was packaged well. After 30 minute drive to get home, the Chicken Tortilla soup and the Southwest Rolls were still hot and did not need to we warmed up.

Food was good .the one thing that I would on is not having the srevr rush to having you pick appetizer .second thing is when you tell her order list to what you're customers said .three things is when you're customers ask for something don't act like it end of world or you are to busy to being it the table. Fourth thing when you're customers asked for a to go drink places bring it to them and not give them dirty looks for ask for it

Do NOT go within a couple hours of closing. Absolutely no service. No hostess, no bartender, waitress stayed in the back most of the time we were there. Food was ok. But service sucked. Do not recommend this location.

Had food poisoning from the triple dipper… the mozzarella sticks were absolute grease balls and I asked for Diet Coke and she gave me Dr Pepper. Disgusting I will not go back again.

Ok this Chili’s was 3/10! But I must say I haven’t been here in about 2yrs! And this location now is a 10/10 so recommend! My server was Taylor! Sweet young man! Great server! Our food drinks etc. came out so fast and hot delicious and tasty! In manger came around a few times just to speak! This location has did a 360! Love to see it!
