Horrible service. When you got 12 people in line waiting 10 minutes for chicken and the girl running the pick up orders takes a whole bucket. then the second bucket is taken over to her. It's time to start eating somewhere else. even after I said something to the guy on the line:" hey you we've been waiting. Maybe you could take a little bit of that for us so we can get out of here" I get the same response " it's coming" So you got people standing in front of you that don't take priority over people who are still putting their order in over the computer ?!? And you know a lot of of these orders that were coming in we're just put in the computer because I've been there a good 45 minutes already. For the price that you guys charge it's not worth it. Mr "Owner" BIG surprise the link on the website to contact chipotle doesn't work. Further wasting more of my time today

The wait is ridiculous, on line order suppose to be ready at 7:10 it's now 8:11 & order STILL NOT READY!
This Chipotle location has poor management. They were out of things and pickup orders were 40 minutes behind! Because I ordered in the app I was unable to cancel, even though they knew I had 17 orders ahead of me. They should have turned off the mobile orders, adjusted pick up times, or allowed us to cancel mobile orders. Would not come back to this location as everyone waiting said it always has problems.

Just witnessed the staff verbally berating a customer. They gave her half a scoop of beans, she politely asked, “May I have a full scoop please?” - No. That’s all it comes with
She then asked for white rice. - We’re out
She asked if they could make some. - No.
At that point I left. Horrible, & I mean genuinely horrible customer service.

Found plastic in my food, customer service is almost non-existant. Lettuce was wilted and foul tasting and I had to pull it out of my bowl.
Shift lead was actively telling someone that items were expired behind the line as I was picking up my food, that should have been my first hint that there was an issue.

Terrible experience. Did an online order and it was scheduled to be ready at 9:30. I waited 15 minutes and was then told it will be a while before my order is ready although it was placed online. I requested my money back and the employee first said I had to go online to receive a refund. I requested to have the refund in store so she then proceeded to give me a refund and then I left the location. There wasn't a credible manager on duty. The staff was a young group of people operating the store with no urgency or professionalism. There were people waiting on their order and the lady working the register was interacting with a baby that was being held by a customer that was in line. This Chipotle location is unprofessional and low standard when it comes to customer service. I recommend visiting another location!
