Cracker Barrel used to be so good. Biscuits were so hard you couldn’t break them. Cornbread was overcooked and dried out. They were out of chicken and the food we did get was cold. We have been customers for years but won’t go back.
Cracker Barrel Cracker was my go to spot because of its homey country restaurant and store. At one time I could find an affordable filling meal, however on the last 3 visits I was very disappointed. On the last visit, I ordered grits, eggs, fried fish.. The portion of grits was very small with lots of hard lumps, the fried fish was fried super hard, and the two eggs over easy was plated folded over. The presentation and taste was sad. Really thinking about reporting this account for representing a restaurant cuz y‘all have gone so far downhill in quality that definitely you aren’t a restaurant anymore.
