Double Quarter Pounder was Ummm Ummm Good 😋
I normally don't give bad ratings, unless there is really need of improvement. We had to wait nearly an hour to get coffee and hot chocolate. We asked why it is late, and they said they can't prepare hot chocolate. Then why was it on the menu? Also there were other customers frustrated because orders were delayed and orders were swapped. Also, the staff seemed demotivated.
The line was very long and I got to the speaker at 1024 but couldn't get my order taken until 1033 but they still accommodated me and allowed me to order breakfast anyway. I really appreciate the great customer service. I call that above and beyond. They politely asked me to pull forward and wait while they cooked me a fresh steak and egg bagel. That made my day!!

McDonald's provides exceptional service, even going above and beyond to accommodate customers. The staff takes pride in their work, ensuring food is fresh and prepared to customers' liking. Orders are fulfilled quickly, although some customers have noted longer wait times recently. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant's commitment to quality is evident in the attention to detail, such as a nicely charred burger. Despite some issues, like missing napkins and sauces, the food is generally fresh. The drive-thru is quick, making it a convenient choice for those staying nearby. With a new owner/operator on board, this McDonald's is on the path to becoming a great operation, although some customers express concerns about the ice cream machine being frequently down.
