“I went back to LJS on Friday right at 10:44am. Y’all the food was much better. The fish was fried to perfection, the waffle fries were not burnt. I only had the fish and fries with the hush puppies. Everything was great! Thank you LJS for coming back to Shreveport.

I went to the new Long John’s in Shreveport on Jewella Ave.. I got the sampler and my granddaughter tried the popcorn shrimp. The fish was great, the chicken was cooked to hard, popcorn shrimp was ok, but the fries were horrible; hard and covered in burnt residue. Everything tasted like it was cooked in the same oil/grease.“

“Well, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. I GAVE THIS SUBWAY A 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE SUBWAY ON 6138 GREENWOODROAD, SUITE 100, SHREVEPORT, LA WHICH IS A ZERO STAR :-)“

“I ordered the new mozzarella chicken. It tasted pretty good but the edge pieces of the fried cheese were hard and old grease tasting. So when I got to those parts at made it kind of gross. It seemed like a lot of people were working there and there was only one car in the drive through when I walked into the lobby so I found it odd that it took them as long as it did to ask me what I wanted. Fries were wimpy and not hot. Not cold just barely warm. And I'm just here reviewing because I try to review everywhere I go. I realize this is no five-star restaurant but it's also not the best Wendy's I've ever been to. I also go a small cheese burger to take home. And that's the only thing I have to take a picture of. I also got with my meal a vanilla Frosty that I plopped into a cherry vanilla Coke for a float. Their carbonation was super low on the machine. And the syrup tasted a bit off. But that seems to be everywhere I go in Shreveport lately so it might have something to do with the yucky Shreveport water.“

“This is a very nice Wendy's. The restaurant is clean throughout - dining area and bathrooms. The employees are polite and welcoming. The condiment area was well stocked. Our food was prepared quickly. I ordered chili and my husband ordered the $5 meal. My chili was very hot and tasted good. I recommend this location for a quick meal.

“Prices are bearable compared to McDonald's and Burger King. Ordered the 12 box tacos 6 soft and 6 hard. Wanted 9 supreme with sour cream and tomatoes and 3 soft without sour cream and tomatoes. Got all soft tacos and hardly any sour cream on them and cheese. Didn't even label the 3 soft without sour cream and tomatoes. This place is getting worse. I had been working with the public as a waitress for 30+ years. And I shouldn't have to check my food before I leave. What's up.“

“This is hands down the best Whataburger I've ever been too, and I've eaten at a LOT OF THEM. The staff here was the friendliest and most upbeat group of people, they were like a well oiled machine and even in the middle of the lunch rush found ways to make my wife and I feel like we were family getting treated well above what we expected. Their kindness and joyful spirits had us smiling, laughing, and jamming out through our entire lunch. What an amazing group of people you have working here. I called it and within 30 seconds someone was taking my order. I placed the order , received my order , got to the house and found I was one burger short. Made a call back to the owner and went back to the Sonic and within 3 minutes problem solved. The owner is a very nice lady and is johnny on the spot with her employees. We need more folks like her and her employees.“

“Okay y'all I'm back. So I tried the Subway up the road from me today. Let's get into the service. I had to wait 10 minutes to get to drive thru window. ?One Car ahead of me. Then the car wouldn't start. ? finally got there for my food and it took it a minute and then went home. Now the food..... When I tell you it did not disappoint. I ordered a footlong (ate 6 inch) and yummy to my tummy. Now I didn't order the meal, the chips are my own ?. Yall I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was delish.
