They know me by name and even know my order, which really says a lot about the level of service. Moon, Tim, and Francisco all do an amazing job and always make the experience better. “I’ve eaten there several times. The sandwiches have been very good and the chicken wings are excellent. The staff to a person is great. They greet you immediately, your order is handled and ready quickly, and each of them are genuinely glad that you are there. This is a real fast food gem!“

“This is my favorite location to go to. The service is always fast and the workers are very kind. I mainly do curbside pick up and you generally do not have to wait at all unless there is a rush (which is normally expected during lunch). The general manager is always providing free items, through the app, which is an amazing incentive. The food is always hot and fresh especially the fries! And do not sleep on their coffee! You would not think a place that specializes in chicken products to have good coffee, boy, I was very, very wrong. The iced coffee is so good that I grab one whenever I am out running errands for a very long time. I prefer their ice coffee over Starbucks.“

“The wagu burger I had at the local Arby's was terrible. The meat was dry, over cooked and tasteless. There weren't any pickles and very little onion or lettuce on the sandwich. Lastly, it was drowned in the sauce. I was very disappointed.“

“Well, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. I GAVE THIS SUBWAY A 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE SUBWAY ON 6138 GREENWOODROAD, SUITE 100, SHREVEPORT, LA WHICH IS A ZERO STAR :-)“

“Some of the employees don't understand the concept of Customer Service. One cashier was chewing gum, one was not very polite, and the on-duty manager was not interested in hearing my complaint about the cashier taking the order through the drive-through being curt, almost rude.“

Put my phone number in the keypad and everything. Because of this I will not be going there as often as I was. Never had a problem with my rewards at Jimmy Johns.“

“Okay y'all I'm back. So I tried the Subway up the road from me today. Let's get into the service. I had to wait 10 minutes to get to drive thru window. ?One Car ahead of me. Then the car wouldn't start. ? finally got there for my food and it took it a minute and then went home. Now the food..... When I tell you it did not disappoint. I ordered a footlong (ate 6 inch) and yummy to my tummy. Now I didn't order the meal, the chips are my own ?. Yall I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was delish. “Taco bell is one of those love/hate relationships. You love how easy it is to order, love how the food tastes but you'll probably hate yourself for devouring several tacos/burritos. Doesn't matter because you're full.
As for this store in particular: there's one lady here that's really nice, pays attention and helps her team meet their daily quota.
There's not much going on with the tables and chairs but there's enough room for the family/team to dine-in.“

“I'm here for work and was looking to go inside and eat due to the scorching temperature but this establishment doesn't offer that there's tables outside but not what I was looking for on that day just had to settle for a drive through experience which they forgot my salad so I still had to get off to get my salad over all the food is always great staff was nice and helpful“

“Let me just say myself, Mom & 4yr old niece passed through heading back to Dallas and the manager Keon was one of the most professional, nicest and efficient leaders I’ve seen in fast food. He talked to his employees with respect as he clearly ensures he leads by example. He kept smile on his face and make sure our food was fresh. You have a great employee and I see this won’t be his last stop. It’s only up with the way he carries himself. Kudos young man!!

“Stopped by for lunch. The restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean, the employees were friendly, & the food was delivered faster than expected. Chicken was juicy & the crinkle fries were thick. The wings usually come with the lemon pepper on them but we requested the seasoning seperate as we prefer a dry rub seasoning vs buttered sauces. Everything was great, would definitely visit again.“

I have celiac's disease so just planned on not getting anything that night, but the staff went overboard to check options for me. Louis ended up making some fresh veggies in a ginger sauce for me to have over rice. Ced was so friendly and helpful, coming up with options for me. “I eat at various Subways quite often, usually using Doordash. It's usually good, with problems only occassionally. But yesterday I took a friend to 3635-0 location and was REALLY impressed.
