“I love that it's conveniently located, the service is kinda slow but that's ok. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because their earpeace equipment don't work. I had to repeat my order 4 times and get louder and louder and i don't like feeling like I'm yelling. So hopefully they get that fixed. Cus i felt bad for having to raise my voice in order for the girl to hear me. But the order was correct and it tasted fine.“

“So I went it on 9/11/24 and they were backed up with a woman being unreasonable and rude ordering off a picture some tik tok made item and was rude the entire time the staff held it togather wonderfully and still provided excellent service and the food was delicious“

“Just left the Pizza Hut in Benton and there must have been some change in management. The lady that was in there working was rocking and rolling that place. Food was ready when I got there and she was extremely pleasant. Please give this Burt Blvd. Pizza Hut another change if you haven’t ordered recently. I had a great experience and the food was hot and ready when I arrived to pick it up. I love when our local places are amazing.“

“Absolutely love using the app to order and earn points. I’m so glad CFA opens EARLY for those of us who commute between 6-7am. I have encountered the nicest lady on two different occasions here on my morning drop in. I think she may be a team lead or manager (my receipt says Hannah)- either way she’s awesome. She makes sure things run smoothly in the mornings. We order from this CFA regularly as they have gluten free options and are conveniently located.“

“Some of the employees don't understand the concept of Customer Service. One cashier was chewing gum, one was not very polite, and the on-duty manager was not interested in hearing my complaint about the cashier taking the order through the drive-through being curt, almost rude.“

“Whataburger on Airline Drove always has top notch food and service. They keep everything clean and food tastes fresh. Jennifer, the manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me make my dad’s Father’s Day gift special (giving me a key chain, glasses, a box and paper). “I want to give a huge shout-out to Makayla, Tekia, and Chris at this Taco Bell. Every time I come in, they treat me with the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. They’re always welcoming, respectful, and quick, even when the store is busy or the drive-thru is packed.

Makayla is always patient and friendly — she makes sure my order is right and never rushes me. She has great energy and brings positivity to the whole place.

Tekia is super kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her job because she double-checks everything and makes sure customers leave happy. She goes above and beyond without even trying.

And Chris is just solid every time. Fast, polite, and always in a good mood. He keeps the line moving but still makes customers feel like they matter.

Together, this team makes this Taco Bell one of the best I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the service is on point, and the atmosphere feels welcoming because of people like them. Management is lucky to have workers who care this much.

“I eat at various Subways quite often, usually using Doordash. It's usually good, with problems only occassionally. But yesterday I took a friend to 3635-0 location and was REALLY impressed. Shelly made our sandwhiches and they were great. Plus she was friendly as well as competent. Best Philly cheese I've ever had!“

“The food was ok. But I’d only stop again if no other choice😔. The fries were really good. The cheese sticks were good but my burger wasn’t cold but definitely not nice and hot like I prefer my hamburger. The staff were friendly and had smiles. I hate going somewhere and you feel like you’re not welcome. They seemed to be happy.“

“This is my go to lunch stop when I'm working in Benton. The service quality definitely depends on who is working in the kitchen. Just today I received two chalupas that had stale shells and the meat tasted like the container wasnt rinsed properly after cleaning. Yet the previous month I got immaculate crunchy tacos that legit looked like the posters.

It's a real coin toss on whether you'll get quality or slop.“

“Ordered through the app, went to the drive-up, where there was about 5 cars in line, gave them my name. Employee told me to pull around, I asked her to where? She said there were a couple of parking spaces marked for pick-up, so I pulled over there. I could see the cars in the drive-up in my rear view mirror, watched them all leave while I waited. Saw more cars go through while I waited. Called the restaurant, told them I was waiting, employee asked my name (for the 3rd time) and said she would bring the food right out. I honestly think the first employee forgot I was out there. They could have been short staffed, no telling. I will order thru the app again, but will stay in the drive thru next time.“

“When we order chicken, this is where we go. It is usually busy so the service gets limited sometimes because they are all trying to help. We dont go to Church's to sit down and have a meal. We go to get our good food and go home and eat. The food hasn't disappointed me yet.“

“I recently visited this location when I entered the restaurant it was really clean an the ladies greeted me with a smile 😃, I wasn't sure what I wanted to order the lady was very knowledgeable about the menu, she informed me about the new menu items and sale items. I ended up going with her recommendation the all American club with pepper jack toasted lightly . She made my sandwich perfectly it looked so good, and tasted amazing. It was the best sandwich I have ever gotten from a subway. Veggies were fresh onions had perfect little crunch it was just a amazing sub . 10 /10 will definitely be back“

“I’m not going to say I don’t recommend them based on one time, but after placing my order online, I quickly realized that I forgot to add something. So I called. I was placed on hold 3 times! By the time she finally answered the phone 30mins later Yolanda Fuller asked me my address while the delivery guy was standing in front of me. I said well he’s here now and she freaking hung up. So RUDE. Didn’t ask me if there was anything she could still do or anything. But I just love our delivery guy. I called back and talked to another lady and she gave me the lady’s name. Yolanda Fuller. Please learn some manners when you deal with the public. Thank you. And our delivery guy went back and got what we needed and brought it back. He’s amazing. I didn’t catch his name but he is pretty awesome. I told him he’s my favorite person. BTW Pizza Hut. If you ever need a spokes person. I know the whole advertisement on your phone. “Ms Robynn made our sandwiches and they are just phenomenal! I would highly recommend a sandwich made by her. The way the sandwich was made was how a sandwich should be made, she definitely made the sandwich with lots of love and just over all perfection.“
