“The service was truly incredible, the manager Tina makes sure every guest is greeted within 10 secs of walking up to the front counter. Food is always fresh and hot , and to you table ready to eat within 10 minutes of less. Definitely come and spend some time out with the diary queen family and be treated as one of our own!“

“Ordering was awesome. They were super nice. Markavia was an awesome carhop. I had a Super Sonic Double Bacon Cheeseburger combo with an extra patty and bacon. I got Chilli Cheese Tots as my side. I had a Route 44 Coke Zero with some vanilla, cherry, nerds, and one more other flavor.

“I came in today to use a free reward and see what came in the cantina taco. I was met with a smile and kind “how can I help you”, very friendly demeanor! When checking out I left my phone on the counter and was reminded by another employee not to forget it. Both ladies were so helpful and sweet!!!“

“The food at Chicken Express is very good, the chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw; everything I have had is good. The only thing I don't like about Chicken Express is that you only get one side item such as mashed potatoes with their combo meals (eg. 4 piece chicken strips), unless you order an extra. A combo meal should come with 2 sides.“

“This is absolutely a lovely location. I have had many issues with it in the past however, I just frequently went back due to the McDonald’s drive-through having issues the day I went through there they was super busy. They have a new manager that was working the window she was very friendly and smiley. She made sure to let me know when I left the window that she is new to the location and if I had any problems with anything to please locate her or give her a call and I absolutely love that they did a awesome job. Nothing was wrong with my order and I’m glad to see the store is coming up. If you’ve ever had a bad experience at this location, I do recommend giving them another shot because it was a completely different experience. This go around for me.“

“Food quality has increased in all my recent visits to our local branch. Have been using less traditional order methods (door dash to work and curb side service) and still my order is always made fresh, quick and correct. Must admit that my order was literally wrapped up and set aside for my curb side service....and then the staff accidentally forgot me. Gave me quite a whole to watch many satisfied customers enter and exit while I still waited getting quite miffed...but the food honestly was so good that I waited before giving any review as a bad on line score makes a high star score nose dive and the crew nor store deserve what was an honest mistake. Seems to be a great deal of team work in the crew that wasn't such a thing of some of the former crews there. Feel that in my own experience of being a customer service worker in my own professional capacity and meeting the crew on a personal one on o e basis where they are just wearing their uniform and headed in or out of workplace.
