On the wall I see they got the best taco readers choice award in 2021 , so hopefully they’re not going anywhere if it’s been around that long, We had 6 corn tacos ~2.75 each ( barbacoa and birria and camarones) and 3 tamales (2.$) for 3 of us for ~$30. and were full. About the best tasting moist and heavy pork tamales we’ve ever had ! They are open till eight or 8:30 and you can order to go. Definitely the best food in our area without having to drive all the way to Texarkana or Shreveport you won’t be disappointed !”

“My husband and I were walkabout in Key West when he began to feel unwell due the heat. We decided to step into the Eaton St Seafood restaurant as it was close to where we were. Although we were not searching for lots of food, more so a drink and a cool environment, we split a delightful crab cake sandwich and the guy there not only cut it in half and plated it separately, he also gave us individual sides and offered crushed ice cups for our drinks. I felt he might have averted a medical problem for us with his caring assistance. That is very rare these days. Plus the food was great!”

“The cheeseburger here is by far the best I have had since i can remember & much better than in any other restaurants in Atlanta or Texarkana. Have a look... I had no idea it would be a big as it was (at least a half- pound). The fries were crispy & generously served.The best part, though, was that the beef was ground fresh for that burger. And, all orders are that way, because 3 people came in after me & ordered them & was told the same thing. "It will take 20-25 minutes for your burger because we grind the meat fresh." IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.FYI, the restaurant is open 3 days/ week from 11-5 (Tues-Thurs). TBR is a family business (just one woman & her father) that recently reopened after COVID; they had been closed about 1yr. There are approx 12 tables in the restaurant, and there was a constant flow of customers. You order at the counter, and when your order is ready, it is called & you puck it up.If you're a burger fan, then don't miss this gem.”

“The food at Chicken Express is very good, the chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw; everything I have had is good. The only thing I don't like about Chicken Express is that you only get one side item such as mashed potatoes with their combo meals (eg. 4 piece chicken strips), unless you order an extra. A combo meal should come with 2 sides.”

“Wonderful service. It was late and we had a group of 5 plus a take home order. Never once did I feel our presence was a bother to them. I know sometimes when it is late and people are ready to be off work they get agitated, but not the lady that served us. She was super friendly and helpful! Food was hot and fresh and the kids loved their blizzards!!”

Kid-friendliness: Lots of patrons with children. The chairs, booth backs and tables are covered in bright colors. The chairs are carved with folk art. Our booth had animals of Africa.”
