I have encountered the nicest lady on two different occasions here on my morning drop in. I think she may be a team lead or manager (my receipt says Hannah)- either way she’s awesome. She makes sure things run smoothly in the mornings. We order from this CFA regularly as they have gluten free options and are conveniently located.“

“I noticed the recent price increases on the menu. While visiting my favorite Zaxbys in Bossier for lunch. I sure hope you passed along the profits in raises to the hard working and friendly staff you have working there. It would be ashame if you did not notice Maria, and the guys and gals up front. But most of all the gang in the kitchen that consistently gets the food out fast and tasting great. They need to be appreciated.“

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Makayla, Tekia, and Chris at this Taco Bell. Every time I come in, they treat me with the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. They’re always welcoming, respectful, and quick, even when the store is busy or the drive-thru is packed.

Makayla is always patient and friendly — she makes sure my order is right and never rushes me. She has great energy and brings positivity to the whole place.

Tekia is super kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her job because she double-checks everything and makes sure customers leave happy. She goes above and beyond without even trying.

And Chris is just solid every time. Fast, polite, and always in a good mood. He keeps the line moving but still makes customers feel like they matter.

Together, this team makes this Taco Bell one of the best I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the service is on point, and the atmosphere feels welcoming because of people like them. Management is lucky to have workers who care this much.

“I work late so when I come in, it’s always the last crew that I get to encounter on Friday and Saturdays. They are all awesome. There is a gentleman I believe is a shift lead for the night shift and he’s so encouraging and so kind. I really can’t thank this location enough for being the smile. IN ONE BITE INTO MY FOOD I DECIDED I HAD TO GO INTO THE RESTAURANT TO FIND OUT WHO IS COOKING THIS FOOD well Her name is Kanashwa Scott.....plus the whole staff was so humble and will and ready was the vibe I received we I drove through the drive thru but as well when I entered the building......5 star team...THE BEST PANDA I HAVE TASTED SO FAR.“

“I eat here quite frequently, love it, and very rarely have any issues. I just wanted to point out that I did have one problem last night with an absent delivery that would’ve been dropped off a little after their closing time (and with them having to use a third party delivery service, it makes it harder on them), so I could not reach them on the phone to explain my situation. I sent a message via their feedback option, and a manager was very prompt in responding and refunding me for the absent order. I always love the food, but I wanna give 5 stars to that manager who handled my problem for sure.“
