“Literally the best Taco Bell in bossier. I live in south bossier but work in north bossier/haughton and I always go to this one. The food is always piping hot and they have never messed up my order. The people at the window are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered in fast food since COVID. If there are any members of leadership reading this, I came in on 7/22/26 around 12:30 PM and would compliment every person working if I knew their names! The woman at the window let me know they were out of rockstar (I placed a mobile order) and asked if I’d like her to make a different sort of fruit fusion drink, which was very nice of her. I only ordered the drink for the energy, so without the rockstar I wouldn’t care for it. So instead I asked if I could have a Baja instead. She upsized it to make sure I wasn’t losing out on value being that the energy drinks are more expensive. So nice of her! And the food was just so fresh and hot.“

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Makayla, Tekia, and Chris at this Taco Bell. Every time I come in, they treat me with the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. They’re always welcoming, respectful, and quick, even when the store is busy or the drive-thru is packed.

Makayla is always patient and friendly — she makes sure my order is right and never rushes me. She has great energy and brings positivity to the whole place.

Tekia is super kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her job because she double-checks everything and makes sure customers leave happy. She goes above and beyond without even trying.

And Chris is just solid every time. Fast, polite, and always in a good mood. He keeps the line moving but still makes customers feel like they matter.

Together, this team makes this Taco Bell one of the best I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the service is on point, and the atmosphere feels welcoming because of people like them. Management is lucky to have workers who care this much.

On our initial visit, there was an error in the flavor selections for our beverages, which caused some confusion.

Additionally, we encountered an instance where the soda machine was out of service. We would have appreciated a token or a refund option when ordering through the app during such circumstances.

However, we were pleased that they retained our receipt and accommodated us by preparing the correct drinks on a subsequent visit.

“This is my go to lunch stop when I'm working in Benton. The service quality definitely depends on who is working in the kitchen. Just today I received two chalupas that had stale shells and the meat tasted like the container wasnt rinsed properly after cleaning. Yet the previous month I got immaculate crunchy tacos that legit looked like the posters.

It's a real coin toss on whether you'll get quality or slop.“

I just wanted to point out that I did have one problem last night with an absent delivery that would’ve been dropped off a little after their closing time (and with them having to use a third party delivery service, it makes it harder on them), so I could not reach them on the phone to explain my situation. I sent a message via their feedback option, and a manager was very prompt in responding and refunding me for the absent order. We ordered through the drive through and we got food quickly, where as many times when we go through Taco Bell it seems to be slow. The staff were friendly. The food was hot. Many times when we get a burrito or similar item the sour cream is bunched up in one spot, the rice in another and so on. However this time the items seemed to be spread out evenly.
