“My family and I came in from North Dakota and we had Christian as our server. He really made this a great experience and the four pizzas that were ordered were absolutely delicious. This restaurant had a great atmosphere and even better servers. The manager came over and greeted us and asked about our experience. Truly a 12/10 experience!“

“10:05 of 8/11/2026 I picked up my chicken wings and its disappointing. when i have always order my chicken wings from here its always been good, but tonight was different. the chicken were smaller, dry, and i was missing 1 wing. don't know what different tonight but please look into it.“

“I’m from Dallas but originally from Shreveport and grew up eating Johnny’s Pizza and to this day I haven’t found another pizza house anywhere that is as good as Johnny’s and I always stop in on my way to Baton Rouge and I’ll say it always has been and always will be the best“

“I want to give a shout out to the manager of the store, who also happened to be our delivery driver, Robert. I have known this person for many years and he has the BEST attitude no matter how crazy things get. When he came to deliver our food my mother was the one that meet him on our porch and from what I heard it was a crazy day, and super busy. Still he was able to deliver our dinner, hot and yummy, with a smile. Thank you Robert for being a great example of customer service!

“There's lots of competition around this area for Pizza but so far no one has compared to Johnny's Pizza House. They have some fantastic specialty pizzas and their staff is very prompt when it comes to ordering online and having it ready to pick up when you arrive. Our kids really love it too!“

“I ordered a pizza from the Barksdale location about 30 minutes before they closed last night, they ended up not having a driver so the employee on duty set it up for Door Dash to deliver it. The Door Dash driver accepted the delivery a few minutes after 11 and I got a text from Door Dash saying my order would be delivered before 12. The driver was actually only about 10 minutes from the Johnny’s location and I live about 6 minutes from the location so the employee from Johnny’s sent me a text to lmk I should be receiving the order around 11:30 -11:40. I waited and waited and the Door Dash driver at 11:45 was still in the same location he was when he accepted the delivery. So around 12 after sitting at Johnny’s waiting on the driver to show up the employee ended up not only bringing me my pizza himself well after he was supposed to be off, he gave me a refund as well. Had I known the driver never showed I would’ve just taken the refund but the employee didn’t call me and lmk until he was pretty much in my driveway. So I say all that to say, the young man working last night is a wonderful example of going above and beyond for your customers. I really appreciate him going out of his way to ensure I got my pizza and then he went the extra mile and refunded me as well. I unfortunately didn’t get his name, he has a red beard, so I’m sure his employer will know exactly who I’m talking about and will hopefully acknowledge his efforts to be a great representation for the company!“

“I eat here quite frequently, love it, and very rarely have any issues. I just wanted to point out that I did have one problem last night with an absent delivery that would’ve been dropped off a little after their closing time (and with them having to use a third party delivery service, it makes it harder on them), so I could not reach them on the phone to explain my situation. I sent a message via their feedback option, and a manager was very prompt in responding and refunding me for the absent order. I always love the food, but I wanna give 5 stars to that manager who handled my problem for sure.“
