“I want to give a special shout out to Shawonna Hall! I mistakenly ordered the wrong type of salad with nuts (I have an allergy). She was so understanding and quickly made a different salad for me. It was completely my fault, but the cannot overstate how kind she was about it.“

Our meal choices were a 10/10 and Jeremy who brought them out was super kind to us. To my surprise, it was insanely delicious 😋 Also worth mentioning if you prefer thin crust like me, its not available in Medium. I give this pizza a 9/10! The toppings came with chicken, spinach, sun basil tomatoes, and herb seasoning. I will definitely be going back.“

“Mushroom rigatoni was...a choice and not a good one. Nearly inedible and went directly into the trash when I got home. Pizza was perfection all around. I'll absolutely be back, soon, but I'll be sticking to pizza.“

“I tried this spot yesterday for first time. It was so good!
I ordered it through door dash, it came exactly how I ordered it. It was fresh and flavorful taste like authentic itlian pizza. I also ordered a Greek salad it was made with fresh romaine lettuce, olives, tomatoes, blue cheese chunks. I did not care for the chicken strips, it seemed to be over microwaved, tough in texture. The other issue was the box the pizza came in, it seemed like it was sliced too hard and the box was sinking in the middle and not sturdy at all.
I would like to have it again in the restaurant, I will refer this restaurant to my family and friends.“

“My husband and I visited Rotolo’s Craft & Crust for a late lunch on 9/30/26. We both had a calzone. It was a Wednesday so they were on special for $7.99. He ordered the Meat Feast and I had the Popeye. We also ordered the Truffle Fries. All of this was wonderful. Tasty and so Yummy. They were just the right size and the filling was perfect. The dipping sauce for the calzone was amazing. It tasted rich and was very thick. We loved it. The service was awesome. The girl that waited on us was very nice and on top of her job. I don’t think I ever saw her stop moving. She works very hard and is very nice. We will be back.“

“I use to eat Jonny's Pizza all the time as a kid. I have been living in Texas for years now. I've been craving Jonny's pizza forever now. Came to Shreveport for a visit and got me some. This place did not fail me. And my Texas family I brought with me, now knows what I was talking about there is no better pizza!“

“Sad to say it was better the next day reheated in my air fryer. I asked for bricked and well done which was reverberated to me and spent about 46$ for two soft cooked pizzas and limp bread sticks. Do I apologize for for having faith my order was correct and not checking… or like “a hey wait you want we’ll done right?” It’ll be 10 more minutes… I’m fine waiting for perfection and Johnnys is my perfection but the quality at my favorite store seems to be lacking. If I didn’t want quality and familiaraity then I would of ordered bang for buck dominos and would of received the same subpar zaaa but in quantities and variations I would hurt myself consuming. This is the 3rd and it hurts my heart but my love and my taste buds tell me to try again. I’ll be back again one day because that’s what love is but you can do better. “You have a certain level of expectation with cici’s. You know it is bargain buffet. However, these guys will take you back to how Cici’s used to be… In a really good way! You need to come see them! “Just tried Marco’s Pizza for the first time. The staff was cool, and our pizza came surprisingly fast, still hot when we got home. Toppings, like bacon, ham, sausage, and pepperoni, were tasty, but the dough was kinda bland. Thinking of giving them another shot to try a different flavor though!“

“I believe in giving credit where it's due. I went out on a limb and ordered pizza and wings to watch Monday night football. The kicker is that I had not ordered from this pizza hut in about a year because of a very nasty, rude driver. However, we decided to try this location again for pick up. Once I went into the store to get the order, I told the cashier I should have a credit due to the last incident, as indicated by the district manager when I called in my complaint. The young man did not see the credit in the system but wanted to accommodate me for giving them another chance. I appreciated the integrity shown and the willingness to go above and beyond to keep me as a customer. Thank you to the Pizza Hut staff at the Southern Loop location in Shreveport! Good job!“

“I’m not going to say I don’t recommend them based on one time, but after placing my order online, I quickly realized that I forgot to add something. So I called. I was placed on hold 3 times! By the time she finally answered the phone 30mins later Yolanda Fuller asked me my address while the delivery guy was standing in front of me. I said well he’s here now and she freaking hung up. So RUDE. Didn’t ask me if there was anything she could still do or anything. But I just love our delivery guy. I called back and talked to another lady and she gave me the lady’s name. Yolanda Fuller. Please learn some manners when you deal with the public. Thank you. And our delivery guy went back and got what we needed and brought it back. He’s amazing. I didn’t catch his name but he is pretty awesome. I told him he’s my favorite person. BTW Pizza Hut. If you ever need a spokes person. I know the whole advertisement on your phone.
