“Such an awesome Spot! Food is always Hot and FRESH! Seasoned and cooked to perfection, And QUICK! Dining area could be a little bigger, Could also have a little more character. If you sit towards the front it kinda feels like a hospital cafeteria more than the chill Dilla Spot it really is.

I called to let them know and Tiffany their GM was absolutely amazing at helping me out 🥰 I wasn’t able to make it back up there for a new sandwhich since I already took my lunch break. These sweet souls brought the new sandwhich to me at work 🥹 Thank yall so much for amazing customer service!!“

“I have always loved eating at Olive Garden, but unfortunately, this will likely be my last visit.
Over a year ago, I went to celebrate my birthday with my family, and we were served by Terrance B. The service was very poor: he never offered us more drinks, barely checked on our table, and his attitude was quite unfriendly. At the time, I decided not to leave a negative review because I thought perhaps he was just having a bad day.
However, today—July 27, 2026—I returned to the restaurant, and to my surprise, Terrance B. served us again. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the same.
My glass sat completely empty for a long time. I asked for another drink, but he never brought it while we were eating. He only brought us two breadsticks for the entire meal and never asked if we needed anything else. I finished eating without ever getting my drink; in fact, it only arrived after I had already finished my meal and no longer needed it.
The most disappointing part is that the restaurant was practically empty, so there was no heavy workload to justify the poor service. I even watched him serve a nearby table with a much friendlier attitude, asking them if they needed anything else.
To top it off, he didn't even bring us the check. After waiting quite a while, I had to ask another server to bring it so we could leave.
I have attached photos of my receipt, my empty plate while I was still waiting for the drink, and the only two breadsticks we were served.
I have always treated employees with respect and kindness, which is why it saddens me to have received this kind of service on two separate occasions from the same server. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback into account, because Olive Garden deserves service that matches the quality of its food.“

But most of all the gang in the kitchen that consistently gets the food out fast and tasting great. They need to be appreciated.“

“Absolutely love using the app to order and earn points. I’m so glad CFA opens EARLY for those of us who commute between 6-7am. I have encountered the nicest lady on two different occasions here on my morning drop in. I think she may be a team lead or manager (my receipt says Hannah)- either way she’s awesome. She makes sure things run smoothly in the mornings. We order from this CFA regularly as they have gluten free options and are conveniently located.“
