“The absolute best tacos in town and the most amazing customer service! I accidentally placed my pickup order at the wrong location, I called and they immediately offered to help anyway they could. They were able to get the order placed at the correct location for me. They were also so kind about my mistake. 110% will always recommend Don Juanz. Great people and amazing food!“

“I arrived at 7:15- and the place was pretty slow.. got a corner booth and waited for the server. Chips and salsa arrived . Chips were fresh and salsa had great flavors. Needed heat. Enjoyed a coronarita ($10) and Beef with shrimp fajitas. Expect an up charge for 1.50 on beef items. The fajitas ($18) were also flavorful, but lacked heat. So I ordered a whole roasted jalapeño ($0.60) anndddddd....... you guessed it. Needed more spice. My server was pleasant and made sure that I had everything I needed. All in all an enjoyable experience. $30- Plus tip & will feed me 2 more times.“

“I visited Nicky’s LA Downs with my husband and two children this evening. The food was delicious (as always) and the live music was such a sweet treat. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name that was singing, but he had a beautiful voice and sang Christian songs from several different decades (including Elvis’s Peace in the Valley). We all thoroughly enjoyed this nice surprise! ❤️“

“We are Senior Citizen regulars at TaMolly's and love their Taco Tuesday's and Enchiladas Wednesday's. The food and service are great as well as the prices. We also use the drive thru sometimes and always have fast courteous service there too. We love TaMolly's and always look forward to dining there.“

“Love my Nicky’s on Viking Dr. Bossier City,La. The people working here are not there to just serve me, they are my friends. Love them all. They are fantastic, food is fabulous and margaritas are fabulious! There is no doubt these people would do whatever to make your lunch/dinner the best experience. The music on weekends are the best! Fabulous music and fun!“

“First time here and we went all out and ordered the family plate. It’s on the pricey side but worth it considering it feeds 5-6 people. The torta asada was the best item. The burrito was delicious! And the birria quesadilla was delicious. The only meat I wasn’t a fan of was the Al pastor. Was surprised they didn’t have more customers because the food was great. Don’t let the outside fool you! It’s authentic as it gets. Oh and they even have good horchata! Something that’s impossible to find in bossier.“

“Literally the best Taco Bell in bossier. I live in south bossier but work in north bossier/haughton and I always go to this one. The food is always piping hot and they have never messed up my order. The people at the window are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered in fast food since COVID. If there are any members of leadership reading this, I came in on 7/22/26 around 12:30 PM and would compliment every person working if I knew their names! The woman at the window let me know they were out of rockstar (I placed a mobile order) and asked if I’d like her to make a different sort of fruit fusion drink, which was very nice of her. I only ordered the drink for the energy, so without the rockstar I wouldn’t care for it. So instead I asked if I could have a Baja instead. She upsized it to make sure I wasn’t losing out on value being that the energy drinks are more expensive. So nice of her! And the food was just so fresh and hot.“

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Makayla, Tekia, and Chris at this Taco Bell. Every time I come in, they treat me with the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. They’re always welcoming, respectful, and quick, even when the store is busy or the drive-thru is packed.

Makayla is always patient and friendly — she makes sure my order is right and never rushes me. She has great energy and brings positivity to the whole place.

Tekia is super kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her job because she double-checks everything and makes sure customers leave happy. She goes above and beyond without even trying.

And Chris is just solid every time. Fast, polite, and always in a good mood. He keeps the line moving but still makes customers feel like they matter.

Together, this team makes this Taco Bell one of the best I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the service is on point, and the atmosphere feels welcoming because of people like them. Management is lucky to have workers who care this much.

“This is my go to lunch stop when I'm working in Benton. The service quality definitely depends on who is working in the kitchen. Just today I received two chalupas that had stale shells and the meat tasted like the container wasnt rinsed properly after cleaning. Yet the previous month I got immaculate crunchy tacos that legit looked like the posters.

It's a real coin toss on whether you'll get quality or slop.“

“My husband and I were traveling and thought Taco Bell sounded good. I hesitated to stop at this one with the 3.9 rating, but our experience was very good. We did not eat inside but did go in to use the restrooms. The restrooms were clean and the restaurant looked clean. They welcomed us as we walked in the door. We ordered through the drive through and we got food quickly, where as many times when we go through Taco Bell it seems to be slow. The staff were friendly. The food was hot. Many times when we get a burrito or similar item the sour cream is bunched up in one spot, the rice in another and so on. However this time the items seemed to be spread out evenly. Good job to this Taco Bell!“
