“My wife and I live near Tyler, TX. We stumbled upon Ki’ Mexico a couple years ago during one of our visits to Shreveport. Now every time we come to Shreveport we make it a point to eat there. The service has been great and the food is phenomenal!!! Their poblano tacos and guacamole are absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to eat there again!!!“

“Hands down, best food in Shreveport. The staff is incredible, and it’s celiac friendly which is an extremely rare sight here in Shreveport. Plus their guacamole is out of this world. And oddly enough for a Mexican restaurant l, the French toast is spectacular!“

“We had a good meal at El Compadre. We ordered the Burrito Supreme, the Burrito Verde, and a horchata. The portions were generous, the food came out hot, and the flavors were good. The horchata was refreshing and paired well with the meal. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, it was a solid experience, and we’d definitely come back to try more items from the menu.“

“Minden location ❤️ HUGE shout out to one of our favorite local restaurants in Minden! I placed an order for pickup this evening with the impression that Sean would be back in time with our vehicle to pick it up before closing. As luck would have it, he got held up and wasn't going to be able to make it back in time. So I called the restaurant, in a panic 🥴, 10 minutes before closing and asked if I could pay someone to bring it to our shop which is about 1 mile away. Without hesitation, they said one of their workers would! A few minutes later, Michael (one of their waiters) showed up with a HUGE smile on his face and delivered our food! I seriously CANNOT express how grateful I am for the kindness of this business and their waiter who took the time to make sure I received our food after a long busy day for everyone. Folks, THIS is one of the BEST examples of what customer service and amazing hospitality is. Instead of choosing to say "tough luck, hate it for ya", they chose to go above and beyond by saying, "don't stress, we've got you!" We need more businesses like this. We need to support LOCAL more than we do. These businesses depend on us keeping it local. I can promise you that El Jimadore will continue to have our lifelong business and I will make sure to always ask for Michael when he's available. Please support our local businesses in Minden and definitely go see Michael at El Jimadore! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“After 6 long years, I finally made it back to El Chico’s in Shreveport—and it did not disappoint! 🙌 Derrick was our waiter, and he was absolutely on point the entire time. Drinks, salsa, and chips were always full without us even having to ask. He was so friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience great. I ordered the Monterrey chicken with sautéed veggies and rice, and it was delicious! And let me just say… getting that famous El Chico relish and fresh corn tortillas again after all these years? YUM!! 😍 Everything from the service to the food was spot on. Definitely worth the wait—and I won’t be waiting that long again!“

“Food was delicious as always. Please update the menu on your FB Page and Yelp page to reflect the current prices. My fajitas were delicious and there was plenty of food for leftovers, but the menu price on your FB page and the actual price is different by over $10. I understand that prices have increased, and this is not by any means a complaint, just a request for updated information. Thank you“
