“Wow, I cannot believe places like Taco Bell can still exist in the same town as a Dillas. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming to my wife and I, then the food was absolutely out of this world. My wife got hers packed with brisket and I got a Gorrila style Founders with hatch chili cheese fries on the side. It was all I could do to finish mine then I got to try my wifes and she also had the lime cilantro beans and it was all just absolutely delicious. They had great music playing, all the other customers were super friendly and it was just an overall great place to eat and I'm writing this review while sitting in the OMV waiting room because I know we are going back there for lunch today and I am CRAVING that chimichurri sauce and to try a new kind of Dilla! You guys truly have lightening in a bottle, this is the best food I have ever gotten out of a restaurant, not just a quesadilla. Bless every single person that works there, y'all are making magic for real. It's a weekly date for us now and will be as long as we're alive hahah!“

“I enjoyed my first time at this restaurant. I had the Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas; quite large and good flavor. The dipping sauce was great! I also had a side order of tortilla chips and homemade salsa—well-seasoned and not too spicy. I asked about their Limeade: made fresh every day. Good lime flavor and not too sweet. Overall, good food and excellent service. The restaurant has a casual and colorful vibe; comfortable to eat-in.

This is a new place on E. Bert Kouns, south of Shreveport. The name in Google Maps is a little confusing; I almost drove past it because I could only see the part of their building which had the words, “Primo Quesadillas.” The word “Dillas” is around the corner of the building (see photo).

“If you are ever in Shreveport, Louisiana, I highly recommended stopping by Howard’s Roadhouse BBQ & getting some of the BEST bbq that I have ever tasted! I've eaten bbq literally in 27 different states & this is the best I've had. We got chicken wings, brisket, ribs, baked beans, dirty rice & potato salad & each & every bite was amazing! The homemade sauce was unique & incredible too!“

“Exactly what you want from a diner that been open since the 1930’s. Family run, quaint, old fashioned, boasting hearty homestyle cooking. If you’re a local and you haven’t dined here, quit living under a rock. If you’re traveling, it’s right off the interstate. There is a large parking lot hiding behind the gem itself. Seat yourself at either the long sit-down counter lined with swivel stools where you can chat with the friendly cook as he grills or you can cozy up in a booth. The menu has an extensive variety of options. They still offer the original Cotton Boll southern comfort traditional diner meals and pies; you know the kind, the ones that make you feel like you’re eating at your grandmother’s house. They’ve also recently added new thrills to the menu, like Jill’s not-famous-enough (yet) muffuletta, shrimp and grits (the picture alone makes you drool), and a new fan favorite Monte Cristo. The staff here genuinely cares about their guests. Prompt, attentive, and pleasant while making you feel like you’ve known them for years (and maybe they have). They are truly happy and grateful for your service, and you’ll feel the same way after you dine there.“

“We drive over from Longview, TX once or twice a month. The food has always been great and never had a bad meal. I wish they had a restaurant closer. Go give them a try, you will enjoy the food.“

“i stopped by Hopsaddy Bruger bar on Saturday, i travel all over the US and I will say this was the Best place I have been too where the food was Awesome and the people were friendly and offered up everything. “Tonight was my first time coming to Bear’s. My husband and I got there just after they opened, and the bartender was SO sweet. She answered all of my dumb newbie questions (Where can we sit? Where do we put the buzzer when it goes off? I’m new, help!) and she did so with kindness and a smile. When my husband ordered the dragon fruit drink, she apologized and said they’re out of dragonfruit but offered to make a different drink instead. She made the most ridiculously amazing something that tasted like an orangesicle and had an orange slice in it. I don’t drink only because I don’t like the taste of alcohol and can always taste it in drinks, but I guzzled this down so fast lol. She is truly amazing. And the food! SO GOOD!!! We had the special (a bacon wrapped hotdog with a bunch of goodies on it), a cheeseburger and fries, and cauliflower wings. Y’all. Idk who is in the kitchen making this food but it was all piping hot and so ridiculously delicious. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. The atmosphere is comfy, the drinks are ridiculously good, and the food is fresh and delicious.“
