Very good food.Sometimes the biscuits are excellent.I love the 1930's style art deco decor.The photos on the walls show the beauty hidden in Shreveport.You have to wait sometimes for someone to come to the front to wait on you but it's usually just afew minutes.The prices aren't bad.The waitress Betty is a beautiful person with a beautiful family.I'm glad she's happy.I do wish the food was organic.It's worth a visit.They also have another room for your group.
The Glass Hat is a wonderful stop for breakfast or lunch, the prices are fair and the food is great. Our entire board of directors frequents here regularly. The owner Andy is a top notch good guy, and BeBe is our favorite waitress. 10/10
Stopped for breakfast and it was amazing. The eggs were scrambled perfectly and the millionaire bacon was really tasty! We will definitely be back again!!!

Though noise can be amplified inside, the food comes out quick and hot, and the coffee is good with vanilla cream upon request. A hidden gem worth revisiting, the cafe also has a private room for events and is less than 10 miles from nearby casinos. Visitors appreciate the great atmosphere and excellent service, making it a place to chat and enjoy each other’s company.
