The Missing Link is a cozy spot known for great burgers, including vegan options like the Impossible patty burger, and a Chicago-style hot dog. The menu features creative takes on hot dogs, burgers, and fries, highlighted by items like the "Gouda Crunch" burger and the "Drunk and Corrupt" dog, topped with sauerkraut and stone ground mustard. Guests have noted that the Dawgs here are "bussin bussin," making it a must-try. The friendly staff help create a warm atmosphere, perfect for a lunch or dinner with friends or alone. The restaurant has an industrial vibe with a bar and high tops at the front for casual dining, while the back offers booths and low-top tables for a more formal experience. The decor is described as spooky but cool, adding to the unique ambiance. Guests can enjoy a meal while playing board games or cards, and the food is well prepared and very tasty, ensuring it is not the average hot dog and burger place. The service is fast and accommodating, with friendly and helpful staff. Parking is available in the street, similar to downtown parking. Guests have praised the portions as being filling, with the bacon ranch chicken sandwich and bacon cheddar fries highlighted as delicious. The bathrooms, while creatively decorated, can be a bit spooky, but overall the experience is enjoyable.
