“I normally stop by for lunch at least once a week. It's amazingly consistent. I'd be hard-pressed to pick a favorite there, but the pimento cheese ( I'm a pimento cheese fanatic) is stellar! All of the soups are good, and the bread pudding( available the first week of the month only) is worth the calories and then some. The apple pie ( a la mode of course) is delectable, and, if you're lucky, you'll dine when they have coconut cream pie available. This place is a Shreveport treasure.“

“Our contractor, Caddo Stone, recommended Triton for our countertop selection. I wasn’t expecting an entire warehouse full of choices! They have marble, granite, and quartz. They have a pricing system of 1-6 dollar signs that help you select within your budget. I walked in with a cabinet door and no real idea of what I wanted, but their rep Hailey helped me zero in on a few choices within my budget pretty quickly by really listening and understanding what I was trying to create. She even went the extra mile and offered to have their crane operator move the two pieces I was considering together so that I could compare them side-by-side. When I told her I didn’t want to put her through all that trouble, she said it was no trouble at all and really the best way to make sure I got what I wanted. Hailey also helped pull off a last minute sink change via FaceTime and working with my husband. (Did I mention Triton has a great sink selection!!)

They only had salted pretzel nuggets at the moment so I accepted those and the cashier was kind enough to charge me for the pretzel I originally wanted. She was very friendly and even engaged in polite small talk asking about my career. I'm docking a star because of the limited options, but the food is still tasty and the customer service was great.“

“They have recently redone the Tailwind coffee shop to be more of a coffee shop and a bar.

I tried a delicious grilled cheese and one of their new cocktails.

It was all very good and I'm glad that there are now more options of food near the American Airlines gate.

Carmen was amazing, she was polite, friendly and very helpful answering questions since the bar only opened yesterday (1/14/2025)

Bar hours are 6am till 11pm, and lunch starts at 11am.“
