“I've ordered a lot of drinks from this place for the past 3 years and they've always been wonderful, but I've also seen a decrease in the employees' abilities to make drinks on their own accord. I'm mostly sure this an issue of lack of training, my drinks have been taking longer and longer to make because the workers have to ask managers and experienced staff how to make something and look in their recipe book, which makes me late for class or work. While waiting, I've also overheard the more experienced workers gossiping and talking in a negative way about other people. It's none of my business, but I thought this was supposed to be a friendly and inclusive environment, I'm worried about what they might say about me..
All in all, the food and drinks are great and tasty, and the area is clean and not always cluttered, but the newer employees could use some prior support and training.“

“So I took my 10year old daughter Christmas shopping and I had never been to "5Below",she has been trying to get me to go there with her and my sister has been talking about it for a long time as well! Anyways so I guess just knowing how excited she was about it, I was def going to need caffeine!! So she had never been to Starbucks, bit she's been drinking (coffee milk ?) all her life. So I told her that I would go but we had to go to Starbucks first! She was easy on that one!! We both got caramel crunch frappuccinos, they were awesome!! There wasn't a long wait, only like 1 lady ahead of us, which was perfect bcz we didn't know what we wanted. The service was great, environment was clean and it wasan all around lovely experience!! Not one that either of us will soon forget!!“

“Good products and all. Also very professional yet friendly! However, it would seem due to the location (inside of the Kroger) and size of their area, only 1 person is working there at a time. I’m sure on some days there maybe 2-3 employees. If you’re in a rush and not familiar with this store, you may want to consider a different location. Fortunately for me, I had all day. I waited in line for 35 minutes with 8 other customers, but the employee was doing her best therefore I can’t complain.“

“They have recently redone the Tailwind coffee shop to be more of a coffee shop and a bar.

I tried a delicious grilled cheese and one of their new cocktails.

It was all very good and I'm glad that there are now more options of food near the American Airlines gate.

Carmen was amazing, she was polite, friendly and very helpful answering questions since the bar only opened yesterday (1/14/2025)

Bar hours are 6am till 11pm, and lunch starts at 11am.“

“Let me tell you that we ate twice at this deli and you should absolutely ignore the negative comments. We had breakfast and lunch and the quality of the food was excellent. In addition the service from both of the ladies that attended to us was beyond excellent. Very happy and satisfied overall, keep up the good job guys.“
