“This is a standard Whole Foods with an excellent bakery, extensive cheese selection, fresh meat and seafood counter, great pizza, cooked food bar, salad bar, drink bar, organic produce, pre-made food, beauty products, and health supplements. I appreciate their lactose free food selection - Green Valley, Kite Hill, Myokos. It is great for speciality items, but is too pricey for me for a full grocery trip. I also really love the seasonal plants. It's a great place to get fresh flowers and arrangements. There's a great selection and the price is great. Since it's holiday time there are Christmas trees. They're building a new section for Amazon returns and pickups in the cafe area.“

“They hit the jackpot when they hired lolly. This was my first time here today, my daughter graduated from LSU and cc was her favorite place to go to for coffee. We live in Tyler and she had me go to Jacksonville to get her one of these Iced coffees today. I normally try her coffee because she always makes me… And I always think it's gross. This was absolutely delicious! Way to go super one for putting cc in your store. I hope some of the Tyler stores!Five stars for service, I even called back and asked her a question about the coffee. “We have been buying Lowder products for several years now. Almost since it first open. We particularly like the cinnamon rolls. They have been excellent until recently. This size used to be huge, but recently they have been much smaller. We will continue to buy them, but would suggest that they return to the original size. My wife, Linda, also enjoys the sourdough bread. It is an excellent product. Keep up the good work!

I’m sure on some days there maybe 2-3 employees. If you’re in a rush and not familiar with this store, you may want to consider a different location. Fortunately for me, I had all day. I waited in line for 35 minutes with 8 other customers, but the employee was doing her best therefore I can’t complain.“

“I've ordered a lot of drinks from this place for the past 3 years and they've always been wonderful, but I've also seen a decrease in the employees' abilities to make drinks on their own accord. I'm mostly sure this an issue of lack of training, my drinks have been taking longer and longer to make because the workers have to ask managers and experienced staff how to make something and look in their recipe book, which makes me late for class or work. While waiting, I've also overheard the more experienced workers gossiping and talking in a negative way about other people. It's none of my business, but I thought this was supposed to be a friendly and inclusive environment, I'm worried about what they might say about me..
All in all, the food and drinks are great and tasty, and the area is clean and not always cluttered, but the newer employees could use some prior support and training.“

“So I took my 10year old daughter Christmas shopping and I had never been to "5Below",she has been trying to get me to go there with her and my sister has been talking about it for a long time as well! Anyways so I guess just knowing how excited she was about it, I was def going to need caffeine!! So she had never been to Starbucks, bit she's been drinking (coffee milk ?) all her life. So I told her that I would go but we had to go to Starbucks first! She was easy on that one!! We both got caramel crunch frappuccinos, they were awesome!! There wasn't a long wait, only like 1 lady ahead of us, which was perfect bcz we didn't know what we wanted. The service was great, environment was clean and it wasan all around lovely experience!! “Shreveport experienced possibly the largest power outage ever, this Starbucks happened to be in one of the only areas that was up and running. There were cars going a quarter of a mile down the road for some sort of relief in this mess and these workers provided!They all were so kind and fast, they took all the hits and pain of customer service like champs. Even with 100+ people waiting in line for their order. Every last one of these baristas should know they were the hero’s in the literal storm. Keep up the amazing work!“
