The overall vibe has completely shifted in the best way! You can really feel the positivity and teamwork as soon as you pull up! The music is always bumping and it puts me in the best mood when I get my coffee!! I’ve had amazing interactions with Bailey! She recommended her favorite drink: a sugar cookie latte, extra sweet with cold foam and it was fireee!

The entire crew seems happier, more attentive, and way more consistent. Drinks are always on point, service is pretty quick even when the line is long, and the attitudes make all the difference.
