“Went through the drive through on the 7th because we really wanted the blondie charms…we had the pleasure of being helped by Ella who went above and beyond in her customer service, she even talked to my kid on the phone to make sure we got her order right, she also got my dog Obie his very first pup cup and a treat which he loved. “The staff is really nice. I am just confused on their refill policy. It used to be that if you stayed in the store you got a refill for pretty cheap. It would only cost about a $1 or so. When I asked for a refill he told me he would have to re ring me up and that it was the same price. I just want to know the policy. I was not really planning on spending $16 on coffee to study. Just would like some clarification about this location. Thank you!
