“Great little hidden gem. Google told me to come here otherwise I never would have stopped. You have to pay for parking on the street with the meter but that’s the only negative. They have been around forever and have some great food. I got the mushroom chicken sandwich and it came out hot and very fresh. It seemed to have a very steady crowd during lunch time. “This is a great place to have a drink and a good time. The only criticism I have would be the band with the female singer, and her husband on the keyboard that were there on Thursday nights. She hounded my friend and I, pouring her sad stories about her abusive husband. Every break she came by our table begging for us to buy her CD's until finally we gave in, just so she would leave us alone. If that duo is there I suggest skipping that night, other than that, the place is great, the staff is amazing!“

“My husband and I came by yesterday. He ordered a frozen Crown and Coke and I had the King Cake daquari. The King Cake daquari is where it's at! It was like dessert in a cup, you can't even taste the alcohol, but you can feel it! The lady at the drive through window was so personable and bubbly. The drive through experience left me knowing we will be back soon to visit inside and stay a while.“

“Small place with an easy feel about it in downtown Shreveport. Easy walking distance to several other places for people wanting to roam around. Pretty good selection of popular beer include a couple of Abita beer options. Obviously they also carry your mainstream non local options as well. Not a bad place to have a drink and a conversation without having to scream to hear yourself talk or hear the other person talk. Would recommend it to someone looking to grab a quick drink. Did not have any food so can't speak to it.“

“We did not get any food so I cannot speak to it. It is a pool hall with a couple of poker machines. It is very large and open with a very high ceiling so you don't feel cramped at all. Hightop tables are spread out well enough that you can have a conversation without being completely involved in the next table's conversation, but close enough to say hello if you wanted to. They do have some draft beers and a decent selection of bottles. Typucal regular bar looking options on liquor, but didn't notice any specialty drinks other than the shot servers walking around. Kind of loud, but as is expected. Easy walk to other places in downtown Shreveport. It's not overly impressive, but zero complaints and the staff was friendly and quick on getting drinks poured.“
“Fast, efficient service and great quality drinks. Two for one every afternoon on frozen drinks. Not a "hang out" place but there are some video poker machines. Walk inside for faster service of the drive thru is too long. The "Numb Nuts" with extra grenadine is amazing.“
