Really nicely renovated hotel. Front desk staff excellent service!
the worst hotel stay ever, chose a room off of their web page that had a walk-in shower they gave us a room with a tub with sides about 3 ft tall we are elderly and my husband is disabled I brought this to their attention and they said they would not change our room. the next morning while trying to get out of this dangerous tub I slipped and fell and broke my toe I have written to them called them and they have ignored me. room for two with one coffee cup no coffee and clogged...read full review

Based on the reviews, The Port Seafood & Oyster Bar is an absolute must to visit. The food is amazing, with the best shrimp & catfish and fried catfish that is perfectly crispy and tender. The shrimp are seasoned with a Louisiana kick, and the charbroiled oysters and shrimp etouffe potato are also mentioned. The portions are plentiful and more than generous. The service is super fast and very friendly, with staff like Jerome providing outstanding customer service. The atmosphere is welcoming, though it is a self-service restaurant. Some found it a little pricey for self-service, and noted the appetizer came out with the meal. Overall, the food is great and the taste is unforgettable.
