Ordered take out. They forgot several items in the order, and due to the taped up bags, we didn't notice until we had gotten all the way back home. When we called, we were informed we would not get a refund but could drive all the way back to the restaurant to receive the forgotten food. We did not have the time or logistics to do that. Very inconvenient. Unsatisfactory experience. Which is disappointing because we usually love the food here.
The food is good we love the burger and fries. But there is a big difference between days and nights. The store at nights not 1 clean table in the place. Only 4 tables taken up. The employees standing around talking and joking around. But there service is partly at fault. All they worried about is taking your orders and putting food out.
