We have always enjoyed our food and shakes there. Service has always been good at this location on Airline. We've been going there a long time. Sometimes it's busy at meal times, but of course that's to be expected. Never a bad experience so far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
See photos for explanation. I have tried to call which I am sure the electricity being out is an issue but also reached out via social media before that ever happened and no response. Now both charges have since posted to my account which I knew they would and I can’t get any response from them. Next step is reporting to the BBB.
Placed a Mobil order and arrived home to find that a burger was missing from the order. I called to see if I could be refunded and the girl offered to refund me for a half price burger that we received because she didn’t want to “mess up the combo”. So much for making my evening easier by not having to cook.
