I order the two of BBQ cheese burgers ....they onions on it known the menu did not sat onions it plus I am allergic to onions...plus I ask for bacon on both of them there were no bacon at all even though I paid the charge for bacon. That is a rip off. The service us horrible. I even paid the credit card from the machine...the service lady is very rude and has a attitude problem.

literally the worst place to get fast food. it took them 4 times to "try" to get my order right when i got the most simplest items. they were rude and took over 30 minutes when it was dead asf. they honestly need to shut it tf down with their customer service and just over all. 0/10 (it wouldn't let me do no stars so 1 it is)
Please fix your speakers. You can't hear us when we order because your equipment is failing and needs to be fixed. Please stop getting frustrated with the customer because of it.

Very inconsiderate! The young lady that came over the speaker kept saying she couldn't hear me no matter how loud I got. The stalls were packedn instead of coming out she hung up and refused to pick up again. I ended up doing an online order. Do better Sonic!
