This Arby's is hit and miss. I have been going through this drive through for YEARS. The lady there now was obviously not trained by the lady that was there a year ago. I get people have bad days, but she is consistently annoyed or angry. Months of her bad attitude make me not use the drive-thru. It is obvious she hates her job and people. Maybe I am too cheerful. Hadn't been to Arby's in a long time. Very pleased with my visit. They in fact do bring th meats
Boss wanted Arby's for lunch. A meal for both of us, almost 30 dollars... ordered in drive through at 12:16 p.m. ... didn't get food until 12:47 p.m. ... 3 vehicles in drive through and 2 to 4 ppl in the lobby on a Saturday. I don't know if they are severely understaffed or what but by the time I got back my break was over.
Don't go here if you're on any sort of a schedule. It takes a while for just 2 regular menu meals.
