Is every employee at Arby’s dissatisfied to be working there? Is one of the qualifications is to not be friendly and have a smile? I am extremely friendly and nice to anyone working in the food industry because I know it is hard work. I appreciate everything they do but I would also love for it to be reciprocated. Great place for a working man's lunch. Very charming work force, super fast service. Extremely clean environment. Great customer service, for me that goes a long way. Definitely inside a working man's 30 minute lunch break. 5 ?
after repeating my order multiple times to the girl answering the drive thru i was met with complete disinterest and eye rolls. the only saving grace as to why this review has this many stars is Brandon he came from. the kitchen took the order once again and handled the order quickly. give that man a raise or move him to taking orders and handling customers it was top notch the other girl is useless overhead cost. as long as you continue to have employees like Brandon I will return....read full review
