So I made a call up there and spoke briefly to who I assume was the manager and she immediately apologized and told me when it was convenient I could stop back by and they would remake it. No hassle, no fuss, no fight, my right order on my time. Every other business in Shreveport bossier Haughton would simply not care, offer no resolution, or tell me theyd allow me to receive my missing ingredients if I returned my food. (Because I’m gonna drive back up there to get an ingredient or two for my burger right?) this sonic has showed they care about their customers and are dedicated to providing high quality service. “Ms Robynn made our sandwiches and they are just phenomenal! I would highly recommend a sandwich made by her. The way the sandwich was made was how a sandwich should be made, she definitely made the sandwich with lots of love and just over all perfection.“

“Niaya was an amazing carhop! She was very respectful, patient, and professional throughout my whole visit. I wasn’t happy with my drink at first, and she went back more than once to make sure it was made right without any attitude at all. She made sure I was completely satisfied before finishing our transaction. Great customer service like that is hard to find. This Sonic will definitely be my go-to from now on!“

“My kid wanted this for lunch. Two of the machines dont print your receipts. We tried one the previous week and tried a different one during this visit. No receipt either time. The food came out pretty quick and their ice cream machine has been working every time we have been. That only makes them better than most McDonald's.“

“Will return again the manager (Keeana) was very sweet and honored my request making my pizza, gave me some insight on lakes in the area and my pizza and my bread bites were so good it was my first time trying the bread bites. I told her I’ll be back but only when she is there lol the other staff members were nice as well 10/10 overall. Thank you it’s hard to find good customer service nowadays.“

“When we went, it was a bit crowded. After we ordered our food, they brought it to our table which gave my daughter and I time to catch up. I was waiting in line to tell them we were ready for our ice cream and before I could ask, they had it at the side window. Very respectful workers work here. We will definitely be coming back.“

“Literally the best Taco Bell in bossier. I live in south bossier but work in north bossier/haughton and I always go to this one. The food is always piping hot and they have never messed up my order. The people at the window are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered in fast food since COVID. If there are any members of leadership reading this, I came in on 7/22/26 around 12:30 PM and would compliment every person working if I knew their names! The woman at the window let me know they were out of rockstar (I placed a mobile order) and asked if I’d like her to make a different sort of fruit fusion drink, which was very nice of her. I only ordered the drink for the energy, so without the rockstar I wouldn’t care for it. So instead I asked if I could have a Baja instead. She upsized it to make sure I wasn’t losing out on value being that the energy drinks are more expensive. So nice of her! And the food was just so fresh and hot.“

“The last two tines I have been there, I can really tell a difference in the store. There is a a personal interaction and conversation when I pick up my pizza. There is a sense of pride when they share about the specials and deals. I also think the space feels brighter and cleaner.“
