Sandwich was what I was craving. They were out of my favorite cookie. Lastly as I was paying a previous customer returned raising hell demanding a manager because bacon was on his sandwich and that was against his religion (kinda scared me lol)
When I went for lunch there were 2 workers in there. The female employee acted like she didnt know what she was doing. And I had to repeat myself 4 times. The male employee didnt seem so interested in my order. I used to love this location. But not so much anymore. Oh and the male employee left the store to go to the store and the female employee has just gotten busy.
Me and my sister went through the drive-thru to get a salad WITHOUT onions or peppers, a sub, and two pepsi's (one regular, one diet). They made the salad wrong, so I asked if they could remake it. When I was eating the remade salad, I noticed that there were still a few peppers and onions. It seems to me as if they just picked out the peppers and onions on the top rather than actually remaking the salad (they also forgot my dressing). Subway is a welcoming restaurant with a team of friendly and helpful staff. The team is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, as seen in instances where they have assisted with issues outside of their control. The food is generally great, with a variety of options available. However, there is room for improvement in terms of bread quality, as one reviewer found the Italian Herb and Cheese bread to be too crispy. The manager's attitude towards a customer's request was also disappointing. Overall, Subway is a great option for a quick and satisfying meal.
