I took my son to eat here on 11-8-23. When we walked in we were greeted with great southern hospitality! The 2 gentlemen working were absolutely amazing. They helped us pick out food because we couldn't decide. I also got a gallon of sweet tea and they told me they make it fresh and it was some of the best sweet tea I've had in a long time! Also I can't say enough how amazing the food was, especially the peach cobbler! They definitely made our day and will be going back more often!
Really a true treat. The carver was an artist and knew that a chopped brisket does not mean a destroyed brisket. The food is delicious and in good portions. You get to serve yourself those delicious sides. My wife choose two different from me and we all agreed that each one was amazing. The iced tea was fresh as well.The entire staff, even the brand new girl at the checkout were kind, funny, and dedicated to a wonderful atmosphere.An absolute gem! The chicken or ribs are the only thing worth getting.The brisket is way too dry with almost no smoke ring at all, and lacks flavor. The sausage is not much better.The staff is great and friendly my kids love the sides!
