We really needed a restroom stop on this route that would be easy to find off the highway, open in the morning, and clean! Thank you for having that and good hot food and friendly service besides. Marking this place for future roadtrips.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ramp and parking and large restroom stall.
The manager took our order & greeted each customer as they entered. She was exceptionally courteous and helpful. We heard her telling her employees to always use “please and thank you.” The restaurant was very clean. We were impressed! That will be our “go to” McDonalds” when in Bossier.

We were greeted. Service and food was great. One thing that stuck out to us was the fact that the fresh tea came out of the big can cold. Might seem small to some people but it was a great deal to someone who loves their drink extra cold.
