“Okay y'all I'm back. So I tried the Subway up the road from me today. Let's get into the service. I had to wait 10 minutes to get to drive thru window. ?One Car ahead of me. Then the car wouldn't start. ? finally got there for my food and it took it a minute and then went home. Now the food..... When I tell you it did not disappoint. I ordered a footlong (ate 6 inch) and yummy to my tummy. Now I didn't order the meal, the chips are my own ?. Yall I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was delish. “Well, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. “Food is great just be sure that your info shows up On the receipt if you are a rewards member. I haven’t been getting my points the last few times I have been there. Put my phone number in the keypad and everything. Because of this I will not be going there as often as I was. Never had a problem with my rewards at Jimmy Johns.“
