“WOW. There are zero words. But the employee I want to honor and recognize is Zoe Williams! She went above and beyond when it came to customer care. It was absolutely pouring down rain, I had zero umbrella stressing, and she took up upon herself to come outside and walked me, my son and my mom to our car and insisted we walk with her under her umbrella!! Her exact words were “I don’t want to the baby to get wet!” That young lady is caring, selfless and cared more about a strangers son than herself in that moment. She deserves employee of the month, maybe even the year because it meant more to me than she’ll ever know. Thank you Zoe, you really made a lasting impression on this mom!“
