Always good always fresh, can’t wait till t to all open !!!
I have made several complaints about their weak tea and nothing has changed. I drive to the 70th St Store. They know the standards of McAlisters great tea... Come on Mansfield rd, throw a few more tea bags in there!
Alyssa was sooo sweet with excellent customer service , so nice she even put real lemons in my lemonade!!! thanks alot!

McAlister's Deli is a clean and friendly restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, including Antavion, provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Antavion, in particular, is commended for his exceptional service, including taking the time to ask about customers' days and personally preparing orders. The restaurant serves delicious food, with orders fulfilled quickly once taken. However, be prepared for potential wait times when ordering at the register.
