“It's been a while (years) since I've eaten at a Raising Cane's. Food is still very good, large pieces of chicken and a lot of fries. Establishments are always clean. My only complaint would be that the price has almost doubled! However that seems to be everywhere.“

“My family and I Ayer take out today. It was the best Chicken I have EVER eaten. I use to go to the bossier restaurant. And when they opened Shreveport restaurant I go all the time. Food is always so delicious. Food is so high now. I sure feel like I have gotten my moneys worth. I have never had such great service. Thank you Chicken Express. You are the very best. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

“The restaurant was clean, and the layout was pretty nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our food came in a timely manner, and the order was exactly what we ordered with zero mistakes. The food was great as we all enjoyed or meals. The staff seemed to be very patient as I watched them peacefully deal with a table of disruptive customers that were very demanding and rude. Great place to dine-in.“

“My Daughter and I went inside to order on 04/13 at lunch time. I was skeptical of eating here due to the negative comments I’ve heard around our little town about how service wasn’t the best. But I must say I was delightfully surprised! Customer service was amazing and we got our food fast and it was hot and delicious! Although I didn’t catch her name the cashier was kind and pleasant which is a very rare thing to come by it seems. We will be back!“

“I ordered 2 3 piece special chicken and biscuit Added 2 small sides and a large came up to 30 bucks omg and the cashier was not helpful at all maybe it was a bad day for her in the drive thru but ok the food was pretty good but not worth 30 bucks but the time before this one was perfect when we went inside she was so nice polite and made suggestions about a deal it was like 40ish but I fed my whole family everything was in thr bag tray's and all money well spent it was high true enough but thr customer service I had was above and beyond so I didn't mind
Parking: First time I ordered in the dining area and second time I went threw the drive thru which I should have went in“
