“I eat here a few times a week, and Raising Cane’s never disappoints. The food is consistently great, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They know me by name and even know my order, which really says a lot about the level of service. Moon, Tim, and Francisco all do an amazing job and always make the experience better. Easily one of my go-to spots for lunch.“

“It was my first visit to the new place on Youree Dr.. everything was great except for the squeaky bathroom doors that I was seated near. Very loud and annoying. Every time someone opens it, there were two long sqeeks. It didn't seem to bother the employees. They were very friendly and polite as usual! Thank you!“

“Let me just say myself, Mom & 4yr old niece passed through heading back to Dallas and the manager Keon was one of the most professional, nicest and efficient leaders I’ve seen in fast food. He talked to his employees with respect as he clearly ensures he leads by example. He kept smile on his face and make sure our food was fresh. You have a great employee and I see this won’t be his last stop. It’s only up with the way he carries himself. Kudos young man!!

“Came in tonight to get my 2 piece chicken and fries and medium coke meal. Food was good as always. Nice, hot & fresh as always.
This Chicken express is in a great location because I have enough room to spot my semi on the shoulder and grab my food to go.
It came out immediately as I was ordering it. They're very efficient over at this location. You won't wait long at all. Their rolls are really good to.
Great place to stop and visit if you're in the mood for some good chicken.“

“The Popeyes on 5885 N Market??? Hands down the best and probably the only best Popeyes in Shreveport-Bossier! Great fresh flavorful quality food! Them biscuits was buttery and just...my good sweet Lord! The chicken was hot fresh and crunchy!??Yeah...that's all I gotta say!“

“Ordered through the app, went to the drive-up, where there was about 5 cars in line, gave them my name. Employee told me to pull around, I asked her to where? She said there were a couple of parking spaces marked for pick-up, so I pulled over there. I could see the cars in the drive-up in my rear view mirror, watched them all leave while I waited. Saw more cars go through while I waited. Called the restaurant, told them I was waiting, employee asked my name (for the 3rd time) and said she would bring the food right out. I honestly think the first employee forgot I was out there. They could have been short staffed, no telling. I will order thru the app again, but will stay in the drive thru next time.“

“I've rarely been out and about since the stay-at-home order, but today, I ventured out and after my errand, I stopped at Church's, on June 7, 2020, about 5:30 pm. I want to thank the very pleasant young man working the drive-thru window. His greeting and persona are outstanding. I regret I don't know his name, but he made our pick up a great one. Thank you!“

“I wish I would have gotten the young ladies name but I didn't. I have avoided Popeyes for a while just because the experience has been so horrible. But I went through the drive thru at this location and they were so friendly I didn't have to wait 20 minutes for food just all around great customer service. Should let this crew train the crew in Bossier on Airline I live down the street and would never never visit again.“
