“The food was absolutely, positively AWESOME. I had no idea what to expect. They're just chicken fingers right?. Wrong. Not at canes. Everything was so flavorful. Unfortunately in Atlanta we have Zaxby's. Not sure if I can go back to Zaxby's after having canes. I'll have to try the other places in Atlanta. But I will ALWAYS come back to canes when I'm in the area. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. ☝☝☝ I give them a 10+ rating.“

“I’ve always heard about how good Southern Classic Chicken is and I finally got to try it out. I admit, I agree this chicken is very good, I am not disappointed! This place keeps a long line lol, we parked and walked to the window which took less than 5 minutes to receive our order.“

“One Love .. as long as they keep the fryer grease changed/refreshed I've almost never had an issue with Canes - I left them for a long time while trying to improve my health and eating habits , only to discover "Naked Bird" - try it my friend, as a healthier dining-out option- thanks to the current Biden economy , prices have skyrocketed- a Caniac is fast approaching $20 but I absolutely don't blame the restaurant chain“

“My family and I Ayer take out today. It was the best Chicken I have EVER eaten. I use to go to the bossier restaurant. And when they opened Shreveport restaurant I go all the time. Food is always so delicious. Food is so high now. I sure feel like I have gotten my moneys worth. I have never had such great service. Thank you Chicken Express. You are the very best. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

“My Daughter and I went inside to order on 04/13 at lunch time. I was skeptical of eating here due to the negative comments I’ve heard around our little town about how service wasn’t the best. But I must say I was delightfully surprised! Customer service was amazing and we got our food fast and it was hot and delicious! Although I didn’t catch her name the cashier was kind and pleasant which is a very rare thing to come by it seems. We will be back!“

“First time stopping in shreveport and I love some Zaxbys. So naturally I'm over hyping this meal. But it really hit the spot. 14 hours on the road, just wanna eat and kick back. And I did just that. Great food, door dashed it to the motel. Delicious, just as I ordered it. and the driver jeff was too notch. Very pleased with this meal. I'm picky, so it's saying something that all my little quirks, and request were taken care of. Two thumbs up guys.

“I ordered 2 3 piece special chicken and biscuit Added 2 small sides and a large came up to 30 bucks omg and the cashier was not helpful at all maybe it was a bad day for her in the drive thru but ok the food was pretty good but not worth 30 bucks but the time before this one was perfect when we went inside she was so nice polite and made suggestions about a deal it was like 40ish but I fed my whole family everything was in thr bag tray's and all money well spent it was high true enough but thr customer service I had was above and beyond so I didn't mind
Parking: First time I ordered in the dining area and second time I went threw the drive thru which I should have went in“

“While I'm out running errands this Zaxby's is my go to place. They have improved tremendously. The decor is nice, and customer service has also improved. Mostly there isn't a wait. I like it when the chicken is crispy. They are on point here lately with it.“
