“Did an online order to eat in the restaurant. Food was ready shortly after our arrival, and it was hot and tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered the new pimento pepper chicken filet, and my wife had the 4 pc. tenders. Great as always.“

“Did a mobile order got to the New Boston RD restaurant and was told it would be about 20 minutes. They had to fry the chicken. Really? I had ordered wings no sauce they were spicy. They worker were nice and friendly I didn’t throw a fit not their fault I just pulled into the parking lot and waited they already had my money.“

“Great service! And the Famous Bowl? ....mmm mmm GOOD! UPDATE; 3/18/2023. Two female friends and visited KFC on N. Stateline Ave. I ordered and went to the men's room. It was so nasty. Trash everywhere. The commode was stopped up and full of sewage. I needed relief so much that I decided to try the women's restroom since it was unoccupied. This restroom was in no better shape. The commode wasn't stopped up, but there was fresh blood around and under the ring. I did not tell the staff because as we walked in a staff worker was coming out of the mens, so I knew that HE knew about the filth.“

“Multiple times of horrible service. Both take out and delivery. We ordered thru door dash and got a "Family Feast" 16 piece tender meal that came with 2 sides. The 2 sides were individual sides and not a large or family side. Really!!! No biscuits either. In this day of time this was just completely uncalled for and just lack of customer service. Just horrible.“
