My girlfriend had ordered a simple soda (Cherry Coke, large) from this location at around 3:05. We selected curbside and waited roughly 20-30 minutes and it was not delivered. After asking a very kind lady, Ms.Elia, she told us that our drink wasn’t in their system. I had told her I’d return to get the drink since I had to drop off my girlfriend since we were already running really late. But shout out to Ms.Elia for taking care of us, very kind and helpful lady.
Never thought I’d leave a bad review for this company, they are pretty much the bar of Cust service. But recently the mall location has been dropping the ball, at first I thought dang they finally made a mistake lol. Now we’re like 3 in a row and I know something had to change n the store. Food coming wrong or old, a never for here. Lastly waiting over 20 minutes for an order when no customer are here, is crazy lol. Hope they get it together
