I went at 6 am and they served me 2 bags of old donut holes. I was wondering how she bagged them up so fast but apparently they must have had them all ready in a bag in the case. And the kolache was awful. I used to stop by here when I worked at LSU hospital and it was really good back then. I will NEVER go back here.. They don’t even deserve a half star.. Just a dot at the tip..

I have to be honest, this place needs a lot of improvement. The first thing you notice when you walk in is that it is not clean, which really sets the tone. Even at 5:30 on a Friday, they did not have anything fresh. Everything looked like it had been sitting for a day or two, and instead of making new batches, they try to cover it up by microwaving the donuts. That just brings out more of the grease and makes them worse.
Given the location, I was not expecting it to be a top-tier bakery, but they should still put more effort into quality and cleanliness. Unless you are absolutely craving a donut, or you happen to be drunk or high and do not care about taste or freshness, this probably is not the spot for you. They could do better, but as it stands, I cannot recommend it.

I have been coming to this donut shop for about 2 and a half years. It’s the best one I have found in Shreveport since I moved here. The kolache dough is soft and flakey like it’s suppose to be instead of tough and chewy like the other ones in town. The customer services is wonderful too. The woman behind the counter is always super friendly and nice!

All I can say is that these donuts were old and tasted like crap. Warming it in the microwave didn't do them any kind of justice. The customer service wasn't even up to par! The only thing that was good was that the store was in a good location.

Disgusting! My husband and I came in today and the lady at the front was so rude, which I can get past, but we got 1 glazed donut, a raspberry filled donut, a chocolate donut, a Dr. Pepper and a milk. The chocolate and glazed donuts were days old and not edible. The raspberry filled donut was ruined and when my husband opened his milk and took a drink it was ruined too!

I placed an online pickup order online to save some time and when my husband went to pickup my food the lady at the front was yelling at him saying order was never placed on their site. My husband showed her the receipt and confirmation that the order was placed for pick up. Woman told him next time just walk in and order the food. I heard the whole encounter ? Extremely bad experience will never order from them again. Bad customer service.
