Domino's Pizza in Shreveport

“This place is always my go-to spot—it's so close, and they usually have my order ready in just minutes! One time when I went to pick up my order, a friendly woman apologized, saying they had just put it in the oven, so she gave us free lava cakes!

Another time, the pizza wasn’t made very well by a new worker. I called the store, and they asked me to bring it back. When I arrived, I spoke with the MOD and cashier. Not only did they give me an amazing remake, but they also gave me $10 off my next order!“

“Okay so I just have to stop and brag I just got home with my pizza and I’m just omg I always feel skimped on my cheese when I get an only cheese pizza and this was perfectly done!! I also made it home and everything was still fresh and hot even though I was there a bit early and had at wait so I got it fresh fresh out the over too but the people who worked there were also so so so so so nice!! Definitely the best dominoes we have had since we have moved back to the area in the past 3 years ? ?Oh sorry about the pic we honestly could not wait to dig in!!!! ????“

“Well this is not really a review of the restaurant but of one of the employees; here is the story. We were sitting at the Shell station on Hollywood and i-49 Tuesday night just drinking a Coke and Kiki from the Domino's Pizza on hearne avenue just came up and gave us a pizza out of the kindness of her heart. If all of the employees at Domino's Pizza or like this it must really be an amazing place thank you so much Kiki for making a boring tuesday night so much better! Miss KeKe is a beautiful young lady, polite with a big smile! So make sure when you go to Domino's give her a tip and make her day.“

“My roommate ordered an order for delivery. Unfortunately it got delivered to the wrong house. These things happen, but the manager called immediately andade it right. Great customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you handle them that matters.“

“This location is primarily a pickup pizza location period. The cashier was friendly and professional. Pizza were ready on time. Even after sharing our dry pizza experience in the past with the cashier. Our two pizzas came out dry, like cardboard. Of course it's not her fault. But over all we chose Domino's. “After having an unpleasant experience with our order which arrived precisely two hours after the quality check started (2 hrs and 16 minutes after the order was completed) after it was done baking and having received a plain cheese pizza instead of 2 topping pizza with special sauce, the friendly driver Jacob did everything he could to make up for a mistake he clearly was not responsible for, on a very busy Friday, who also sacrifice his free time, to make sure he does good work and he stood up for the entire company. I wish I had more cash on me for tipping him, but I leave a big thank you and those 5 stars are all just bc of Jacob and those who agreed with him to turn this into a pleasant outcome. I appreciate your work. Good job.“
