“They have always been top notch, but this rating comes after a very frustrating experience. In a nutshell, it took way too long for my order on a Friday night. I’m sure they were slammed, and it took forever. I’m giving 5 stars because they have always been on point for us, and the time that I caught them on a off day, they handled my frustration with professionalism and did everything they could to get it right. “This place absolutely was garbage for years. This past 4 months we ordered 5 times and every single dang time its been absolutely amazing. Pan crust with extra cheese and whatever toppings has a cheese pull good enough that im leaving a review about it. I dont leave reviews hardly EVER. Hell yeah, good job whoever is in that kitchen because you are appreciated more than you know.
If you had this last year and hated it. Try it again now.“

“So I gave 5 stars because of how the staff handled an issue. I ordered the combo, a pizza and a salad. Dominoes corporate doesn't allow the store to know a cold item is ordered until the receipt Prints when the hot food is done. Due to this i didn't find out they were out of salad until I showed up get my pizza. I didnt want to wait for them to make somthing else as my pizza would be cold by then. The employee said he couldnt just remove the salad from my bill because its was part of the combo pricing. So he canceled the order and gave me my food for free.
Corporate needs to fix things like this so the stores dont have to suffer because of things beyond their control.“
“**SHOUT OUT** to this Domino's location here on Gilmer Rd ya'll run that store like a well oiled machine! I haven't been to domino's in awhile so I visited tonight to try the new dip sauce! And as soon as I walked in I could see each worker doing there part to help out and it made a very BIG IMPRESSION on me! I DEFINITELY will be returning to this location in the near future! My food was HOT AND DELICIOUS! THANK YOU ALL! Also be sure to use the app I got dinner for under $20 bucks with all the deals you can choose from!“
