Food was always incorrect or burnt, rude employees, etc. However, this location has hired new employees and every time I’ve gone in the past month everything has been exceptional! The food and drink were good as usual, but I was waiting to even be acknowledged inside for almost 10 minutes. I walked past a girl wearing a headset and sitting on the stairs outside while on her phone. Sure, I get you're probably on your break, but when she went to walk inside later and saw me waiting by the register, she walked right back out and sat in the chairs outside for a few more minutes. When she did finally come back in to take my order, she didnt say much and...

My one and only complaint is those front doors. Their weight is too much for a person in a wheelchair or someone who walks with a cane or crutches to enter. I honestly would have never been able to get inside if I had not had someone with me that could open the door and even she was struggling.
