Great service.. Food was great. Their bread was really delicious. Double Virginia Ham with pepper jack cheese sub & Meatball sub, lots of veggies. Got ours toasted but was still fresh. Will go back for sure.

Ordered via the app and got “sub in a tub” aka bread less. This confused them to the point they called to verify. The confusion didn’t end there they assumed a club doesn’t come with bacon.

Restaurant was dirty, broom and dustpan next to the refrigerator on front line, floor needed swept, not busy, 5 employees, 2 no hair restraints, one came to line put on gloves, didn't wash hands, customer had a call in order, made 3 trips to vehicle, employee finally helped with last load because he had to fill tea. Cashier didn't say Thank you, then when leaving, employee cleaning dining room said have a good one. Does no one say Thank You anymore? Had the turkey breast sandwich, was good but cleanliness and service took away from experience.

Best FH subs I’ve been too,fast wait time, the woman who took my order was very nice and accommodating for GF bread. i will definitely be back best sandwich I’ve had in years!, pickles are really good too.

Ordered a hero...got to work & had a meatball. I hate Meatball subs...it could have been anything else & I would have eaten it... it was a mistake but to me it was huge. I still give it 3 stars because I will go again, I'll just make sure to check my order before leaving.

Extremely slow service waited 30-35 minutes for sandwiches. 4 of them were not up to the normal sandwiches. Lack of filling on them. One I asked for cold they heated the meat and cheese bread was cold. Multiple customers complained about the waiting time

Keisha is the shift supervisor who is the biggest failure to this location. Her leadership skills and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my career of the service industry. Her neglect for customer service and her rude behavior has tarnished her employees. The entire staff on August 12th at 1pm is by far the worst team I have experienced. We have ate several times at Firehouse Subs and never thought this kind of treatment would happen. To be told they would honor a mistake that their company app is malfunctioning and then charge the customer 2 times for the same order when we arrive to be told you would not replace the mistaken order. Then talk down to us and make it seem like it was our fault. To talk down to your customers and make them feel inferior is the worst business decision Keisha has ever made. I will be contacting everyone about today's visit. 80 dollars later and bad food service has made this place a joke. Will never spend another dollar at this franchise. Would rather put money in a boot at a red light so I know a firefighter gets what he deserves.Because representing firehouse subs and treating people like we were today is not a proper business decision or good leadership skills. Don't worry about calling the store either because they hang up on you and talk down to you then also. When Keisha is trying to tell you over the phone, she has customers to help, when your a customer yourself trying to get a solution from a person in charge, and hangs up on you. Wouldn't even give her name, had to call back and get that. Keisha I hope this gets to you so you can realize just how bad of an attitude you have and how you need to work on yourself so you can lead your team the way they need to be led. Or you can just quit and make that store what it used to be....respectful of customers.Because you will never respect anyone with that attitude.

my favorite food ever is a turkey sandwich (weird I know) but firehouse makes one of the best in the city IMO the meat is always flavorful, the veggies are fresh and the bread tastes just made and not like it's been sitting there all day. definitely get it fully involved. love they have the fancy drink machine so I can get flavored dr pepper and my cashier was a really nice guy. love this place!

The 45 minute wait was what tanked the service experience and the rest was ruined by impolite staff who lost the order. I felt like this was a waste of money, very disappointing for my first order here and I won’t make the mistake of returning again.Dietary restrictions: There are several ways to get vegetarian options, but I selected a macro-friendly sandwich. The portions are ridiculously tiny.
