The aromas when you walk in the place, just make your mouth water. I ordered two large turkey subs with extra meat, extra cheese, and they just melt in my mouth. The bread is so soft. Definitely worth the drive and the price, which is reasonable In my opinion.
Best Lunch spot in Shreveport/Bossier!! When you open the door, someone or most of the staff(while working) in unison all say “Welcome to firehouse”. I like that. I feel welcome and that they know I’m here.. Most sandwich shops are all a lil different, as is Firehouse, but man the food…..Every time I eat here, it’s sooo good, the order is correct, and I leave completely satisfied!!! I’ll pay for that!! lol anyone should try this spot, and if you get there and need...
Great service.. Food was great. Their bread was really delicious. Double Virginia Ham with pepper jack cheese sub & Meatball sub, lots of veggies. Got ours toasted but was still fresh. Will go back for sure.
