Our waiter was busy, bur he forgot to bring a needed fork, forgot to bring napkins (reminded him twice)to wipe up water he spilled on table, and had to be reminded twice to bring a to go cup of Dr pepper.

The worst experience I've ever had, I understand that the establishment was busy and understand the wait time. But our waitress 3287 Madison was awful. She payed more attention to the the tables around us is because of how many guest and it was like pulling teeth to get her to pay attention to us. I order a gibbons martini and it say at the Bar so long the drink became watered down. I also order a well done stake, which was basically alive when it got to the table. She was rude, condescending, and the lack of customer service skills, "ASTONISHING". The front of the house manager Silas, I think could have handle the situation so much better. My entire dining experience was ruined. I wish I would've taken pictures of the steak.

Food was bland and the portions were small, which I could expect for the cheap prices of the meals.

I liked it.

The food was good, but the green beans were to salty. It's always pretty noisey in there when the restaurant is full. Will I go back? Yes. I really love the food. Staff is always pleasant. Occasionally it takes a little to long to get your food though.

Ate here for the first time today. All I can say is that I'll definitely be back. It was the most favorable and tender steak I've ever had. Had the firecracker shrimp appetizer and it was really good. The grilled shrimp with my steak had the best flavor. Our waitress, I wish I could remember her name, was on top of everything and was super pleasant to talk to. She recommended the key lime pie that they make there everyday and I'm so happy that she did.

First time going, I'd give it a 3.5, almost 4.When on a Thursday for lunch & was sat immediately despite there already being a line upon opening.Location: able to find gps. Has its own parking lot.Atmosphere: very nice and clean. Booth and table seating. We had a group of 6 and sat at a table with partial booth & 2 chairs- on the verge of cramped. Weird music playing for style of place.Service: friendly and attentive enough. They did get our checks wrong but able to fix. They do not do anything for birthdays.Food: mainly seafood selection but also have soup, salad, burgers. We were a little disappointed in the portion size, just didn't expect it to be as minimal. My mom ordered the trio with 1 piece salmon & 8 shrimp (4 shrimp/order) and the salmon was kinda sad, it was basically 1/4 of a fillet which wasn't described on the menu. Their menu could describe food better because my shrimp came on a bed of rice, which it didn't say it would & I can't eat that. Pawpaw ordered fish and chips and it was more of a typical fish fry not the thick beer batter style. Their coleslaw side was a favorite!Price: affordable. Most things are around $12-16 but steaks are expensive.Overall, not bad. The food tasted good just portions were small and food not well described. Would go back but not often.Vegetarian options: Soup, salad, asparagus, coleslaw.
