Another great experience 5/18/2025 Absolutely Outstanding! I placed a last-minute order with less than 24 hours' notice, and the team at American Cookie Company truly delivered! Megan is an incredibly talented artist—her creativity and attention to detail blew me away. She was also extremely professional and polite throughout the entire process. The cookie cake turned out perfect and was a huge hit. From now on, I will only be ordering cookie cakes from this location. Highly recommend!

Chelsea made sure my order was ready for my pickup time and Megan decorated our cookie just as we requested! It was fresh and delicious!!

GREAT experience! The staff was amazing, extremely kind and helpful and the most accommodating I have ever had help me! They were able to save the day for my 7 year olds birthday! They are so appreciated and I will be back!

Peanut butter cookies are life, they are soft and delicious my grandson just loved them.

The girls that work there are very rude. Do not expect to get your order early. They do not allow that. You have yo wait for the exact time. Not 1 minute before.Very bad customer service. I will not go back.

Cheesecake brownie hold the flies PLEASE!!!! ??

I ordered a large rectangular chocolate chip cookie cake - using a design from their own website. I specifically asked about the amount of icing on the cake - at least twice, and was assured that the cookie cake would look exactly like the image on the website. Well, of course when I went to pick up the cookie cake (today) it did NOT look exactly like the image on the website as I was assured the day before. In addition when I pointed this out (and I verbalized that I was assured it would match the website - asking the lady no less than twice when I placed the order ), the employee told me it WAS the same as the photo. It was NOT. Additionally instead of trying to make this right and appease me in some small way, what I was offered was that they would keep the cookie cake. I left - without purchasing the cookie cake — as I not only was offered a cookie cake that was NOT as promised, but then when it was not as promised the attitude of the employees was that I could take it or leave it and they continued to insist it was the same as the photo. (The words on the cookie cake were in a different position and the artwork that took up at least 1/3 of the cookie cake in the photo only took up about 1/5 of the cookie cake they prepared for me). I guess the most disturbing part (because I already feared it would not match the photo, that’s why I asked at least twice) was their attitude — which was the opposite of customer service and satisfaction. If you need a cookie cake - drive to the Bossier City location!
