ahhhh where to start?! this place is so cute I absolutely loved it! our server Jay was fabulous and made the best suggestions, they tasted amazing!!! spicy ramen is definitely what you should order if you don’t know what to get! can’t go wrong with a little bit of ramen!!!

Great experience at Hokkaido! We walked in and were greeted by a kind young man by the name of Jay, we were told to seat ourselves and I love that about any restaurant! The menu was overwhelmingly huge with great selections. Our server, Jay, got our drink order ASAP and delivered the drinks back to us in less than 30 seconds. Me and my daughter were new to this type of food genre and we had no idea what to order. He helped us figure out what items to pick. He answered our questions with the most detail! I thought we couldn’t modify the ramen bowls but he told us they’re able to be modified to our liking and he willingly substituted each item I didn’t like. I ended up picking the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen thanks to his recommendations! My daughter picked the Spicy Ramen regular spice level. We also decided to pick the Pork Gyoza which was the Tuesday special for only $1!!!! THAT IS INCREDIBLE, couldn’t pass that deal up! Didn’t even know that was the special until our server told us! I kid you not… the food took 5 MINUTES to make even with 4 other tables in the restaurant! It was very HOT and took at least 10 minutes to cool down. Our server gave us extra napkins and paid attention to refilling our waters. My daughter ended up ordering the Brown Sugar Milk Tea while we were checking out thanks to our server recommending it to us once again. It tasted awesome ?. Overall, the food was 10/10, service was BEYOND 10/10, and the music was top tier too. I pay attention to detail and body language and our server Jay exceeded my expectations. The restaurant was also very clean! The only downside is the woman’s bathroom had a slight bad smell to it and the toilet paper wasn’t restocked… I told someone about it and it was resolved though. I will definitely be returning to this establishment when I am craving ramen! I can’t speak for the other people who left reviews on here, but my experience at Hokkaido specifically with Jay was a memorable one and I can’t wait to tell my family and friends about this one!!!!!!!

Food was good. I never leave reviews cause it’s kinda pointless but our server Trinity wasn’t the best. Me and my wife were sitting there for 10 minute ready for the bill. We decided to get up and walk to the register and our server was just sitting down behind the register on her phone. She didn’t even respond to us when we told her thank you. Just crazy I guess places just hire anyone nowadays.
