The food here at Hokkaido is absolutely amazing! We come here every once in awhile when visiting Shreveport. Our waitress Trinity is hands down friendly and tentative, definitely a must here! Didn’t take any pictures because for was that great 😊

Absolutely love the spicy beef ramen, it’s my favorite thing to eat here, the host was extremely helpful and friendly and the decorations are amazing, especially for anime fans. Would 10/10 recommend.

I came in not really expecting much since I had just gone to Naruto Ramen recently and it was such a let down, especially with the service. But Hokkaido completely surprised me in the best way. From the moment I walked in, the lady server greeted me and even the cooks were friendly.I ordered the Tantanmen, Jalapeño Bomb, and Pork Gyoza and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing, portions were great, and the food came out hot and fresh. The place itself was spotless and really clean, which I appreciated.
The service was also outstanding and sweet. The food just kept coming at the right pace. Honestly, this is hands down my new favorite ramen spot and I’ll definitely be back!
