When they first opened, the food and service was great. Throughout the past several years, I've eaten there many times with no issues whether I was dining in or getting takeout.

Additionally, I noticed the last few times I've gone there, always ordering takeout, there were hardly any customers dining in. I didn't think anything of it until my most recent visit after not having gone there in quite awhile. In spite of the fact that I ordered my takeout from the kiosk which is steps away from the counter which meant the waitress didn't have to do anything for me but hand me my food, I gave them $1.00 tip.

When I got home and saw my very undercooked steamed pork belly bun (i.e. almost raw piece of breakfast bacon), I was appalled. I had to cook it in the microwave to avoid possibly digesting harmful bacteria or parasites which can happen when pork is not fully cooked. Needless to say, that is the last time I'm going to eat at this restaurant.

Our waitress was so attentive! We enjoyed eating here for the first time.

I came in today and the woman with the red hair was very sweet. She was very accommodating and answered all the questions I had. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend. I have experience with being a server and she did very well with handling. Definitely will be back and I hope she is here.the place is like a gem. The only complaint I have is the woman's bathroom was out of soap and is very dark.other then that LOVE IT!!

This place started strong and strongly ending horribly. My wife just walked in to place a to go order and man, the only female working there gives this place an absolute disgrace atmosphere; no welcoming and no assistance whatsoever, very rude and very unfriendly; whoever owns this place, please get rid of your current front staff, and hire people that will work hard to represent your business. Thank God the food was good to save the day, but definitely the female attitude was nasty.

We got the Ramen and dumplings and they were delicious, and a fair price. Definitely will be returning for the food.

We had a phenomenal meal here. We kicked things off with the steamed pork bao bun, which was delicious and the perfect starter. For our main dishes, my son went with the Spicy Ramen and I ordered the Tantanmen. The depth of flavor in both broths is unmatched in Shreveport—exactly what you want in a great bowl of ramen.
​What made the lunch even better was the service. Our waitress, Trinity, was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming, fast, and recommended some excellent choices. Amazing food, top-tier service, and a great atmosphere. We'll be regular customers for sure!

The spicy beef ramen here is incredible rich, deep broth with just the right kick. The beef is tender and the noodles are perfectly chewy. Hands down the best ramen in Shreveport and Trinity is the best!!!

As a food reviewer on TikTok, I eat at a lot of different places, and Hokkaido Ramen House was definitely a great experience. The ramen was flavorful, fresh, and came out hot. Everything tasted amazing, and the portions were generous.The waitress was one of the best parts of our visit. She was very friendly, and made us feel welcome. She checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and always had a smile on her face.Good food and great service are what make a restaurant stand out, and Hokkaido Ramen House delivered both. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.
