This place got a lot of hype, and man did it live up to it. The food was absolutely on point, with great portion sizes. Is it real Mexican or TexMex? Absolutely not. But that's what makes it so good! Only thing I would improve is adding some Mylanta shots to the menu, because most of us will need it after. Its so good, you just don't stop when you're full.

Me and my husband just went and got the hoodbachi fries and the big Kat tacos and lemme tell you…it was sooooooooo good!!! The wait took a minute but they were PACKED! At first it seemed expensive but once you see how they load it down it’s totally worth every penny!! I highly recommend and next time I’m in Louisiana I will be back!!!

Hoodbachi Taco is a hidden gem! The tacos are packed with bold, creative flavors—especially the shrimp and steak combo. Portions are generous, service is fast, and the vibe is super friendly. Don’t miss the loaded fries or the peanut butter cake. Definitely worth the hype!

Food wasn't that great. It was hot, but had a sweet grease like taste. It wasn't my favorite. It is kinda pricey to not taste good.
Nowhere near worth the hype. I spent 80+ here and to start the fish tasted like it was fried in the same grease as the chicken. It was definitely not done considering it was just gummy and greyish looking. The hoodbachi fries were ok and whatever taco that has that same topping was ok. The strawberry cheesecake also was decent. But the shrimp definitely overcooked they were literally red orange . Overall drove 2 hours to this place and was thoroughly disappointed to the point i did not eat more than 2 bites of my order(the fish tacos) literally just stuck to the fries. May I add when pulling in that parking lot do be careful and note there are no places in this spot to sit at all
