I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Awful just awful. Waste of money and time. It’s inside of chili’s incase anyone gets lost but the fact that there wasn’t a sign for the actual restaurant “It’s Just Wings” should have told me to leave. Had to get a refund. I went for wings and fries. Never again.

So disgusting. Kids meals weren’t edible. They ate my fajita. Place was freezing. No soap in the washroom.
Menu says the strips come sauce on the side and they were sauced. That's not a problem until it's a delivery order for a kid. Produce the food as described by your menu, please. And, at that, the sauce was all over the fries, strips, and the whole container while the sauced wings (2 separate items) had barely any sauce on them at all.Sloppy, lazy work. Be better.Purely my opinion here: Their mango habanero sauce is just not great. Just syrup and a little heat with no real flavour.
Kid-friendliness: When a restaurant doesn't make items how they are described on the menu, it's asking for a child to be unhappy with their meal. It's just disappointing that this is something anyone has to ever be upset about. It's genuinely stupid actions creating genuinely stupid circumstances.

Waited to long for food to come out 30 minutes after I got text stating it would be out shortly. I had to get out and go in to see my food just sitting on the rack getting cold. Chicken was cold, fries was soggy and all my drinks were flat, Coke, Dr. Pepper, and both Sprites. This was a disappointment being it was my first time eating there.
